Parts were probably less than $50, my bill was $578. Having a gas leak and not wanting my house to blow up, I didn't feel it was a time to shop around, and every company has a $90+ service charge. Had I been home it would of been a $50 fix. I discussed the horrendous overcharge with management and was pretty much blowed off. I will never call again and would recommend go elsewhere for half the price

Same company was out last year for a complete duct cleaning, plenum cleaning. I was told "We normally don't clean those A/C drains, its not part of the package". Of course they don't tell you "your drain needs to be replaced', so they can come back out and gouge you some more. I was also told "Yes, we're trying to get the whole price stated right up front so this doesn't happen. I won't have them back and I think their business practices suck.
