First, they showed up on time to provide the quote. Second, John has an eye for detail and I could tell he would be meticulous with the installation. Third, APM's quote was provided quickly. It was not only competitive for a quality brand (Carrier), but the quote was broken out line by line...I knew exactly how much every part and task would cost. A separate contractor never replied when I asked them to itemize their quote. APM had excellent communication regarding when they would arrive, how long the install would take and what they would be doing while at our home. John told me to ask him all the questions I had while they were there; he wanted to ensure I was completely informed and confident of the new system and the installation.
