I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly, and Anthony and Mike arrived on time. Before getting started, they inspected our Maytag dryer and discovered that part of the dryer vent connection was actually broken. They were able to remove the broken piece, properly reconnect the dryer, clean the lint from inside the dryer, and clean the entire dryer vent from the outside of the house all the way back to the dryer. Anthony and Mike were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. I especially appreciated that they took the time to inspect everything rather than simply cleaning the vent and leaving. I felt like they did a great job and I received good value for my money. I would definitely recommend KC Cleaning and Maintenance to anyone looking for dryer vent cleaning in Yardley or Bucks County, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

During the next rain, I noticed a section of gutter was leaking. I called J&M and they sent to team out to investigate. Turns out the former owner had used silicone in an elbow joint that wasn't sloped properly, so when it didn't drain at the rate it should, it would drip. The silicone had worn down, so John and the team applied gutter grade sealant with no complaints and no extra charge. The gutters are working great. I definitely trust this team with my business.

Within days Jimmy came by and did a solid and fair estimate, as well as taking precise, comprehensive measurements. The crew came out a week ahead of schedule (they were in the area and had could squeeze it in - yeah!), and, like an Indy 500 pit crew, each Gutter Guy worked fast but super efficiently, taking down the old attached loose gutters and replacing them with durable covered ones (I got the black - super sharp match for our black trimmed Federal), now seamlessly attached to the eaves. I couldn't be happier with our new Gutter Guys system or with the Gutter Guys service. I hired GVH Enterprises (also doing business as Uncommon Roofing and Greg's Gutters, owned by Greg…read moreVan Horn) for work on my home. I paid my contractual obligation in full - even ahead of schedule when Greg requested early payment. Despite this, I later received notice of a mechanic's lien being placed on my home because the material supplier had not been paid by Greg. When I raised the issue, Greg told me there would be no lien and that I would receive written confirmation of its removal. Days passed without updates. When I contacted the supplier directly, they told me Greg had not been communicating with them - directly contradicting what he told me. Greg would not answer my phone calls and only responded to text messages sporadically - sometimes after weeks of silence and multiple follow-ups. As a result, I now have to hire legal counsel to remove a lien from my property for a project I fully paid for. In my view, the owner showed a clear lack of honesty, transparency, and accountability throughout the process. This has been a costly and stressful experience, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before hiring Greg's Gutters, Uncommon Roofing, or any business affiliated with GVH Enterprises. My review is based solely on my direct experience with this business and its owner.

The estimate was more than expected, but everything is these days, so I said sure let's go ahead. They said it would be two weeks, but it was closer to four. When they were done, they had neglected to put the cages over the downspouts. When I called them and told them this, they said they had forgotten to put that in the estimate and it would be $100 more for them to come out and install the cages. I was not happy about that because I had asked for it to be included and was told it would be included. The guy said he understood and would see if he could give me a better price. Now I got the new estimate and it's $150, for something that was supposed to have been included in the original estimate. Not good.

Yes, I am picky, but when you promise to do something, you should not only do it, but do it well. Example of other cleaners... windows are usually always cleaned, but the screens aren't cleaned well or the sills are still dirty (and yes, they were included in the others pricing). All Purpose Window Cleaning actually wet cleans your sills, so they were actually cleaned.. not wiped or brushed dirt off. They did not take my screen outside and wet clean them with a hose, but they did use the same tools they use for the windows to wipe them with a cleaning product and thoroughly wiped the sides so they weren't grimy anymore. The guys were personable and courteous and wore booties throughout the house too! Yes, they are insured and provided the certificate upon request as well. All of this and they were significantly less money that other companies quoted this year.
