When I contacted the supplier directly, they told me Greg had not been communicating with them - directly contradicting what he told me. Greg would not answer my phone calls and only responded to text messages sporadically - sometimes after weeks of silence and multiple follow-ups. As a result, I now have to hire legal counsel to remove a lien from my property for a project I fully paid for. In my view, the owner showed a clear lack of honesty, transparency, and accountability throughout the process. This has been a costly and stressful experience, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before hiring Greg's Gutters, Uncommon Roofing, or any business affiliated with GVH Enterprises. She was emailed directly by a woman affiliated with the company who requested payment via Venmo. After the payment was sent--using the exact information provided in that email--the same person denied ever sharing a Venmo account and claimed they never received anything. We contacted the police immediately, and after reviewing the evidence, they confirmed this situation is highly suspicious and likely fraudulent. A formal investigation is underway. This business is not trustworthy. Save yourself the stress, money, and legal hassle--go anywhere else.

They came out and gave me an estimate for cleaning the gutters and replacing one joint. The estimate was more than expected, but everything is these days, so I said sure let's go ahead. They said it would be two weeks, but it was closer to four. When they were done, they had neglected to put the cages over the downspouts. When I called them and told them this, they said they had forgotten to put that in the estimate and it would be $100 more for them to come out and install the cages. I was not happy about that because I had asked for it to be included and was told it would be included. The guy said he understood and would see if he could give me a better price. Now I got the new estimate and it's $150, for something that was supposed to have been included in the original estimate. Not good.

Yes, I am picky, but when you promise to do something, you should not only do it, but do it well. All Purpose Window Cleaning actually wet cleans your sills, so they were actually cleaned.. not wiped or brushed dirt off. They did not take my screen outside and wet clean them with a hose, but they did use the same tools they use for the windows to wipe them with a cleaning product and thoroughly wiped the sides so they weren't grimy anymore. The guys were personable and courteous and wore booties throughout the house too! Yes, they are insured and provided the certificate upon request as well. All of this and they were significantly less money that other companies quoted this year. I will not only highly recommend them, but I will use them again next year... a first for any window cleaner I've had.
