They have lights and signage to let you know you're at the right house. They even have a small vineyard growing in the backyard.. Upon entering the door to the winery, you will find yourself in a stairwell with stairs going down to the basement. Once you're in the basement you will immediately forget you are in a basement. It is quite a spacious and comfortable area with lots of tables and couches, a fireplace, a bar, and a bathroom. There's even a section where they make the wine in steel barrels. It's very cozy, charming, friendly and clean. The host/owners are extremely friendly. It seems that the owner's family is from Northern Italy and we enjoyed talking to them. The Wine itself far exceeded my expectations. We tasted three reds plus the Chardonnay, and we enjoyed all of it. The blueprint red blend was my favorite followed by the Chardonnay. I'm a bit of a Wine snob and I typically don't like Ohio wine. However, I was pleasantly surprised...okay...if we're being honest...actually shocked...that all the wine we tasted was excellent. I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about La Famiglia winery!

We happened to visit on their 3rd anniversary and they were having a huge celebration. It is family owned and the owners were very welcoming. There was also ample parking. My partner said he could have stayed all day and relaxed listening to the band that was playing.

For my 900th Yelp review, the honour goes to Two Friends Brewing!…read more I first visited for a private Yelp event on Thursday, November 13th 2025 then I came again for my friend's (Leslie) husband's 40th birthday party on Saturday, January 10th 2026. The private birthday party was in their back room. This bar appears to be a favourite amongst locals. Service has always been attentive and friendly the both times that I've been here. FOOD/DRINKS -- I don't drink alcohol but they have a lot of options to offer such as beer (obviously) and I think wine too. The food appears to be standard/average from what I've seen. For my friend's husband birthday party in January 2026, we had pizza which I believe was from another business so it's nice that this establishment allows you to order your own food for a private party. I ordered a sparkling water during my first visit which came in a can. I actually don't like sparking water that much but I had limited options for drinks since I don't drink alcohol and I didn't want a sugary drink. GAMES -- The back room has games to play which is fun. They have pool, football (called "foosball" I think), etc. For both times that I visited, I tried a game called Skee ball game where you throw a ball and try to land it on different levels and each level has points that you can earn. If you like beer and a good atmosphere, then give Two Friends Brewing a visit. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 59/250 total reviews in 2026 - 900 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 30 April 2026
