We dealt with Evan both times in securing our car loan and both times went seamlessly. He is very personable and professional. Joe Rodger's was a salesperson for the second car ( unfortunately, I forgot the name for the first car) and it was actually fun. He even was good with our dog, Coco. Not planning on any future cars but would definitely go back to Haddad Subaru! Side note: Earlier this year we bought a car at Coggins in Pittsfield. It was 4 months of run around to get a title after paying cash for the vehicle. Like night and day with Haddad. Coggins didn't even do the inspection - told us there was a place down the road we could go to get one.

Carter Robert, the sales rep who met me at the door, answered all of them. He was knowledgeable, patient (VERY patient), considerate and pleasant. He listened to my wants and needs and offered suggestions for helping me fulfill them. It was an excellent start to what I hope will be a long and happy relationship with Haddad Subaru.

I tried shaking his hand when I left and he did the same thing again and avoided eye contact. A few weeks later, turns out the car needs more than 3k in work. There was also a transcription problem between John and the registry which I had to figure out myself because they couldn't. Finally, when I called back with the answer to their problem the dingbat in the picture told me it wasn't John's Automotive, meanwhile there's a sign above her head.

Not a lot of options, but the staff at Jiminy Peak Resort suggested trying Fat Body Customs. When I got there, I saw how busy they were and the owner said that they were already backed up before the long holiday weekend. I explained my predicament and he told me to leave the car and they'd see what they could do. They not only diagnosed the problem (2 rusted-out brake lines) but managed to get it in and get them replaced before they closed. Shawn and his team were awesome and their pricing is very fair! I would highly recommend Fat Body Customs to anyone in the Pittsfield Mass, New Lebanon, NY or Hancock, MA area - whether you're in a bind or not.
