Sherri at the XtraMart on Merrill Road, Pittsfield, MA 01201 is so rude and unprofessional. She has an attitude about lottery scratch tickets and has been giving wrong advice to customers. She has no customer service skills and certainly has no right to be lecturing customers on anything especially how to scratch lottery tickets; giving wrong and bad advice. Sherri needs a good talking to how to treat customers. I know I would never hire a person like that. June 20th Sunday 8:50 am no excuse to act like that to me or anyone. read more

Like the other reviews, there's been a drop in service since Mirabito bought out Brown. And to add insult to injury, calling Mirabito is one of the most unpleasant experiences. Long boring phone message that is an endless loop of advertising. With boring, self-serving "history" of Mirabito as a treat. Can't make an good message, than just leave silence! Repairs are not done right the first time and service has to make another visit. Some pretty unfriendly people heading the service department.

The water is pretty decent and I come here for cheap gas in the middle of the night whenever I drive through Albany pretty much.

The gas prices are about the same as everyone else, but sometimes they are slightly cheaper. The best thing about Cumberland Farms is that it is open 24 hours which is very convenient. Furthermore, the snacks and drinks are overpriced unless you get the fountain drinks which are less than a dollar. Also, the hot food here is disgusting. The hot dogs taste sour and the buns are rock hard. In addition, the pizza is pure garbage. It's slimy, undercooked, and will give you stomach aches. In conclusion, this Cumberland Farms is a good spot to grab some gas, but stay away from the food.

Every time, I go in the morning the older gentleman with glasses always has an attitude and is not pleasant. I go to this gas station, this morning like I usually do to get fuel. With inclement weather, I didn't get all the snow off of my rear window. I quickly hop out my car, to get it off and the older gentleman with glasses said "You couldn't fucking do that in your driveway". Taken back I didn't know how to respond, so I say have a nice day. I figure that I'll be an adult, and talk to the owner. I go and talk to the owner Bill and he quickly sides with his employee. After being a business owner for years, you would think he could listen before asking "Well why didn't you do it in your driveway". The point is, you talk to people with respect if they give you respect. With that said, I will not be giving them any more of my business. There's a ton of gas stations, I can go to for fuel and minor auto service. I'm sure if, I'm spoke to like this then there can be others. Every other employee, that I've encountered is pleasant but I guess there always one not so nice person in a work place.
