I want to start by saying that for over 15 years my family and I had a good history with this…read moredealership. My father, myself and my wife all purchased a Mercedes from them and had service/repairs done there quite often in that time. Not all work was done there but much of it was including anything serious and this car was there for major warranty work a few months beforehand. We would highly recommend them in that whole time but not anymore. Recently our 13 year old car wouldn't start or shift which requires towing it anywhere. I made an appointment for 8:30 am with them 2 weeks out telling them the issues and specifically that I would have to have it towed in. After that I got confirmations by email and text that day and on the day before the appointment by email, text and a phone call by an actual person. I had the car towed to them that day so it would be ready to go first thing. Why is that so important you ask? The morning of the appointment at 8:33 am I recieved a text: "Good afternoon. Your vehicle is here now. After speaking with the Service Director, we decided to not work on your vehicle. Other people have been working on it and based off the history of your vehicle, we would most likely be going into the thousands to repair your vehicle, and in the past, people that own these older vehicles do not pay their bill. Therefore, we would decline working on your vehicle." The fact they refused to work on a car that they sold and serviced is unexpected and very disappointing but when they knew it had to be towed there is ridiculous. On top of that they claim that the bill wouldn't be paid, when we have always paid immediately on completion. My wife went in the next day to see if we could work something out as we just wanted it to be fixed. They were a bit more diplomatic in person but still outright refused. She stated we buy these cars because they are good cars that last a long time and they agreed on that point but still no. Then on her way out the service manager made the absolutely rude comment of "You need to get your car out of here". A car they know has to be towed. So now we incurred bills for 2 unnecessary tow's and wasted time when this could have been avoided from the outset by saying they won't work on older cars. This whole experience has been outrageous and unbelievable. After so much good history with them, I feel stabbed in the back. They were extremely unprofessional, rude and downright disrespectful. I will never do any business with their sales or service department ever again. Before I would advise anyone to go there to be treated right but now I ask you. Does this sound like they will treat you right or even care? That's up to you but thank you for reading my experience with them.

My DWC Service Advisor got my car back to the service technician even before my appointment time (I scheduled it myself, online). My wait was very short. In less than 40 minutes after I pulled into the convenient drop off bay, my oil change and tire rotation was complete! (Face masks required in all areas, and CoVid protocols were all in place, they even disinfected my car's interior before handing me back the keys.) The price was terrific! One of the best oil change experiences I've ever had! I highly recommend Dave White Chevy Service Center for an oil change, and multipoint inspections. I know I'm going to keep using Dave White Chevy for service! You should too!

While I was still sitting in my car trying to figure out the entrance, a female employee stood nearby staring at me with a judgmental, unwelcoming expression. Instead of approaching to help or even offering a simple greeting, she just continued to stare. When I finally asked where to go, she pointed toward a door with a scowl and no professionalism whatsoever. Customer service should start the moment a customer arrives--even before they walk through the door. A little courtesy and basic kindness would go a long way, but unfortunately that was completely lacking here. This left a very negative first impression. When I did walk in- she had another female standing behind her with her hands in her pocket, almost in a bullying stance. try unpleasant group of people.

I was quite frustrated and considered calling a different place. I decided to call the salesperson that sold me the car almost a year ago and he immediately called their internal direct line, and in less than 5min had a service person call me directly and set up an appt. The last time I leased they switched the price on me claiming my credit score was 30 points lower than it actually was, so they ran it again saying it wouldn't affect my credit report (but it did). Had to extended the terms of the lease to get to agreed upon monthly price. When buying my last vehicle in cash they kept pushing an extended warranty that I declined many times and then they wanted my husband and I to sign a blank form. That's actually illegal and grossly inappropriate for any financial person to request someone to sign a blank form. I wonder how many scams they run with those that do sign the blank forms. The service dept is a disaster. Made an appointment to have a recall issue fixed on my new Jeep along with a few other items. Told by advisor an appt doesn't mean they'll actually look at it then (what the hell is an appt for then?). Told him I needed my car back by the next day as I took the day off work and they didn't have loaners. Tried calling multiple times to no answer and was finally patched through to a more direct line only to be told they hadn't even looked at my car yet - 8 hours after dropping it off! We took the car to another authorized Jeep service center and they had every problem fixed within 5 hours because they actually schedule appointments for the work to be done, not just for someone to drop their car off and have it sit around all day for nothing.

I purchased a used 2022 GMC Terrain (24,576 miles) from The Nice Car Company on December 30, 2025…read more The vehicle was advertised as having passed a "100-point inspection." Within one month (January 26, 2026), the check engine light came on. Diagnosis: codes P0137 and P0500 -- O2 sensor replaced. On March 2, the check engine light returned with code P0500. At that time, the spark plugs were found to be fouled and black. Repairs included replacing the plugs, cleaning the fuel injection and throttle body, performing relearns, and adding fuel cleaner. By March 17 -- just 2.5 months after purchase and only ~1,300 miles driven -- the check engine light came on for a third time. I took the vehicle to a GMC dealership, where they diagnosed fouled spark plugs and an issue with cylinder 4. I was then informed the vehicle is experiencing engine failure and requires a complete engine replacement. For a low-mileage 2022 vehicle, this type of engine failure is unacceptable. I returned to the dealership after the second repair to request an exchange or refund and was dismissed. I was told "check engine lights come on all the time" and advised to continue driving the vehicle. After emailing to request a meeting with the owner, I received a phone call but was given the same response. I was told I had not taken the vehicle to the "correct" mechanic -- despite using a repair facility listed on their own website as approved for the extended warranty I purchased. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting an independent pre-purchase inspection and carefully reviewing the vehicle history before purchasing. I would not recommend The Nice Car Company due to this experience with engine failure and poor customer service.

(I feel awful for anyone who has to work with this egotistical sore loser) I asked over the phone if the vehicles price is negotiable and if I could toss in an offer, he stated how the dealership is a volume dealer and their prices are put "aggressively" which didn't ultimately answer the question but I didn't think much of it and tossed in an offer. Few hours later I was told that the vehicles price is firm, to which I responded by saying "Okay, let me know if anything changes", he tried to justify the price by sending me a data analysis report of similar spec to spec vehicles within a 300 mile radius of the dealership, his vehicle was ranked 3rd for best price in the market, I asked him "where's the location of the first two" to which he claims that locations are not given. After doing not even 10 minutes of digging, I found both. 2 days later, he messages me saying "I saw it." In my response to me seeing the vehicle he failed to provide me information on. Cool I guess? 4 days later, he sends me the listing again and he drops the vehicles price by about $200-300-ish. I told him to delete all my information as I'll be looking for other options in the market since I wasn't too fond of his tone from the start, he states my offer "was not exceptionally fair" to which I show him a better vehicle in the market with a lower price than his AND lower miles than his. His response? "Go buy it." What a ways to go for a salesman Anyways, spend your hard earned money elsewhere if you're looking for a vehicle, this place does NOT deserve your business.
