I have never in all my years seen them treat or speak to anybody poorly. You have to remember they are a business and as sympathetic as they may be to handing out free care that's not how a successful business works. If you want the absolute best care for your animals this is where you need to go. If you want to complain about not being able to pay or walking in on a Monday or a Friday, which are hands down their busiest days and expect to be treated within seconds you need to reevaluate your life decision decisions.

I knew she needed immediate attention. My normal vet had no appointments for the day. I seen this animal hospital accepted walk in visits. I called first and they said they would see her. They had me drop her off and she spent about 6 hours there. Jon Morrow called me twice about what we were going to do. He was very knowledgeable. I hope they don't think that their time is more valuable than mine... or do they just over schedule appointments?? Whichever it is, time is money for everyone, so waiting for 1:15 minutes after your appointment was scheduled is more than enough time to wait for the service you are there for. I am very disappointed and I am out money from missing work. Now it's going to be longer until my dog can be seen because I lost work, money, and time, and now have to find a day to take more time off, after I work extra to make up for the time and money I lost from missing work today. Calista told me to come right away after explaining what the charge for an emergency visit would be. Didn't matter, I didn't want my kitty to suffer! They took him right in while I completed the paperwork. I'm new in town, so I do not have a veterinarian yet. I do now. They had him evaluated and told me he did have an abscess that had ruptured, but they had shaved the area, evaluated if it was in need of additional care, cleaned the would and felt he would be best served with antibiotics and an anti inflammatory to help him get comfortable. He is home, doing well, and I plan to use them for future care.

Another clinic which shall remain nameless didn't even give me the opportunity to explain why I was calling before saying they had no availability for two weeks! We definitely got the better of the deal here. Kind and reasonably priced. So, we were seen and treated kindly. No judgment. Especially with my furbaby being overweight. No "she needs to lose weight" and "this is why she is having this issue." Recommendations were made and a new one for Filaway which no one has ever made before. But I appreciate that there was no pushing or upsale or side eye. Just kindness and consideration. Medication prescribed and "if symptoms don't improve, come back," not "you MUST return for a follow up." My furbabies don't go to the vet often, so taking them in is traumatic for all of us and I'm sure they sensed that at this clinic and I'm sure they're used to it. I'm grateful for the experience and will come back...as needed :)

Karen told me she was actually booked solid this morning but she rearranged her schedule to help us out because of our situation.
