We appreciate that Dr. Harvey always gives her honest professional opinions about treatment options. We also like that she incorporates holistic treatments in her practice as well. Just this past November my beagle was attacked by a coyote. Dr. Harvey and her staff were quick to act and treat our dog even though we had no standing appointment. Glad to report that our beagle recovered from her bite wounds and rib injuries and is doing just fine! We wouldn't take our pets to any other vet in El Paso, TX!

I hope they don't think that their time is more valuable than mine... or do they just over schedule appointments?? Whichever it is, time is money for everyone, so waiting for 1:15 minutes after your appointment was scheduled is more than enough time to wait for the service you are there for. I am very disappointed and I am out money from missing work. Now it's going to be longer until my dog can be seen because I lost work, money, and time, and now have to find a day to take more time off, after I work extra to make up for the time and money I lost from missing work today. Calista told me to come right away after explaining what the charge for an emergency visit would be. Didn't matter, I didn't want my kitty to suffer! They took him right in while I completed the paperwork. I'm new in town, so I do not have a veterinarian yet. I do now. They had him evaluated and told me he did have an abscess that had ruptured, but they had shaved the area, evaluated if it was in need of additional care, cleaned the would and felt he would be best served with antibiotics and an anti inflammatory to help him get comfortable. He is home, doing well, and I plan to use them for future care.

The staff goes above and beyond to take care of them, and is so reliable. We had a puppy that needed eye drops and meds, and they kept a track list of every dose for us! They truly love animals here and the dogs just have FUN! As far as safety, when you board your dogs somewhere with other animals that play, things happen. My dogs have come home with scratches and gashes, this is part of boarding people! The facility can not be responsible for every little thing that happens. Also, if your dog has aggression issues, do not board them and then expect to have no issues when you return. I HIGHLY recommend Howl-A-Day Inn for all of your boarding needs!
