Everything's on line in one way or another. So here you go, a review of my first dermatological visit to this practice. Be happy I spare you a discussion of my symptoms. Importantly, it was easy to make an appointment on the phone within a reasonable amount of time. New Patient Reception was flawless with all INSU having been verified in advance. Wait time short hardly giving time to open an IPhone. Initial prep smooth with normal first visit questions. Time spent with practitioners sufficient. Thorough exam was accomplished, procedures completed and I never felt rushed or in any way felt I was not being given personal attention. I did feel that sufficient attention was given to me and my needs. I have to say, the experience was actually enjoyable as the banter helped put me at ease as we were taking care of business, so to speak. I fully recommend the practice for its ease of access, it's professionalism and attention/concern for the patient.

Then they closed her office without providing any information to her loyal patients leaving them to fend for themselves. Ms. Blanco and her wonderful staff have landed at Fenley Dermatology but are left without their patient's records and contact information. This is unethical and detrimental to good patient care.

Dr Michaels did Moh's surgery (it was on my face). He is brilliant. The day following the surgery, my eye swelled, and I got my first 'shiner', lol. I went today to have the stitches removed, and there is a very small scar, which will fade, in time. As a 70 year old woman, I was concerned about how it would look, after the surgery. Dr Michaels is so skilled, you can barely see the scar, two weeks post surgery. I am blessed to have been taken care of at this office, since I first started going there. I would recommend this office, and these fine people to my family. Outstanding, truly. God's blessings upon all who work here, especially the very wonderful Dr Jason Michaels. Both have been nice but I just feel that I am rushed during all these appointments. Colloquially people joke about the 5-10 minute doctor visits and I feel that way when I go to Skin Pros. Maybe that's the way it is at all dermatology offices.... The front office staff is average, I feel like a number when I check in, not as a human being, but again, they see many many people a day and that can make the receptionists, a bit curt. There's a free parking lot in the back of the building.

Dr. Frankel, Maria and the rest of her staff know their skin& leading medical science! The practice is super professional and compassionate. Since meeting Dr. Frankel I simply admire how she incorporates a holistic approach to modern skin medicine; which in today's busy lifestyles often is overlooked by patients (but not by an outstanding practitioner) . I've been to other practices and thought it was the standard to always feel dissatisfied with the level of care, ineffective treatments with medicines that had harmful side effects and not to mention tolerating the poor demeanor of those clinicians. I'm glad I kept searching and found Dr. Frankel! From day one, they educated me in depth on sunscreen, nutrition, lifestyle and environmental triggers that harm the skin which makes for all-inclusive treatment that works. May seem like common sense but it is always part of their discussion and now I see why. Every time I walk into Brown Dermatology on Wampanoag Trail I feel welcomed and taken care of…read more Today I had a squamous cell removed from my ankle and the staff keeps you busy while injecting the anesthetic so I didn't even notice they were doing it. I had a MOH's procedure so I had to wait each time Dr. Goldbach removed more tissue. The waiting room is small but there are snacks and a TV. Dr. Goldback could not have been nicer. We chatted about just about everything during the procedure. The medical techs Jayleen & Nicole were amazing. Very knowledgable young ladies and so polite and kind I would recommend this office to anyone! My primary doctor there is Dr. Kowaoka is very cool, nice and knowledgable as well. Very nice and does not make me feel bad for having been a sun worshipper. Very grateful to this group.
