I'm shocked at how much tech and comfort features they put in their cars! And Justin is so nice to talk to us about latest features! Just for comparison, my 2018 Sportage was 32k new. And this particular Sportage is their top new model, bigger and much more roomy, has tons more tech features and is 42k. When you get in, the seat automatically adjusts to you. And upon opening the door the seat moves back. The leather is so soft and buttery. And their warranty is better than the old one. Worth checking out Kia if you're in the market for a new car. Their service department is always fast. They have an app that you can track their progress as they work on your car. And waiting is fantastic in their new waiting area. I needed someone who had the integrity and equipment and training to work on vehicles that I could no longer handle due to all the electronics. Jacobs was recommended to me and after a couple of visits I learned that I was getting thorough reviews and then some extra tips about what to watch out for in coming months. I have never been overcharged, I have always been treated fair, when problems came back (infrequent) they were handled without question (except helping to diagnose the issue at hand). When I need to get my car in for a repair I can always write a letter about what I need done, call the current owner Tom who maintains the integrity of Jacobs operation, and drop my cars off and the keys in the drop box. I could not be happier with their service they are a hidden treasure on the east side. I almost hate to put this in for fear of block myself out of service time.
