I've been going to this location since 2015 and they've always been good to me. If you have any issues, please talk to the managers and they'll make it right. I've always had good experience with them. Don't forget to take a look at the additional services they offer like brake replacement, fluid exchange etc.. they're much cheaper than the dealerships. read more

Super Customer Service. As always very pleased every time we come into Tire Discounters in Mt Orab, have had great experience. We had a slow leak in one of our tires and we were in need of a oil change, the tires were quite old and in the end we replaced 2 of the tires and they changed our oil. One stop shopping love it. Did not have to wait a long time. Some times the wait is longer if it is at peak times and Saturdays, but they are very good about getting you out in a resonable time. Would recommend them everytime, and the road hazard coverage is a money saver, cause I have a tendency to find every nail out there and if the tire is repairable no charge. Love it! read more

Been a customer of tire discounters for the last 5years, had 7 cars/trucks in for oil changes and tires and rotation. Every visit I was treated fair, always above board, and never pushed a repair up up selling. Very profession organization and friendly mechanics only place I take my cars read more

We had a flat tire on our trailer when we started to head on a 8 hour trip. They were pretty busy but the staff was amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. They had exactly what I needed in stock at a fair price and we didn't have to wait long before we headed back home. Wi definitely use them in the future when visiting family. read more

The worst and non customer place. The employees told me one price one day and different another ,and very rude. I asked if they can help me out on price and they said if you don't like it you don't have to come here go somewhere else. When we originally told the owner Tim Foley there were issues he ensured us all of them would be fixed with no problems. He is a liar. We have had the car since May 14, and they have had the car in their shop for an accumulated 2 months. It is only September 10. Our car is not in drivable condition, it dies, they have put on differently sized tires, didn't seal the tires and i got stuck on the side of the road for an hour, and then when fixed, the car was lopsided. we have sent two family members to him to purchase cars and both of their cars have had non stop problems. DO NOT GO TO CROSSTOWN MOTORS!

I get my tires and service of my vehicles at the Mt. Orab Tire Discounter. Their staff is highly knowledgeable and very customer friendly. They pay attention to detail and always try to save me money. I get expert service with a smile and receipts. I feel the community we share is very lucky to have such valuable service. The Mt. Orab location is the only one I will go to. They are great, I have been going to them since they opened. They tease me because I never wanted the green caps on my tires. They joke about putting pink ones on and I tell them that we would have an issue if they ever did that. The employees are great Steve, Shawn and Don are so much fun. Dropped my truck off, went across the street ate some lunch and I was all done when I got back. I had my oil changed, tires rotated and new wipers put on for $85, you can't beat that!! Their service is fast and of good quality. For best results set up an appointment and you'll be good to go. They take care of all my service for my F-150 and I wouldn't have it any other way. read more
