During my appointment, I found the service tech offered a good explanation of what he did and offered to file the paperwork for me with the city. My only two points of improvement is the service technician started the work on my house without even knocking on the door or meeting me. I just started hearing drilling. At best, it didn't matter, at worst, it could have been the wrong house! Second, I never hear back for days after the service tech left. I had to reach out to offer my final payment and figure out if they filed my paperwork. Overall good, but Pro Backflow can clean up the edges a bit.

First thing, Mario covered his shoes before entering my house, and he put down cloth floor coverings from the front door, all the way into the bathroom, ensuring that my flooring and rugs were protected. He removed the old toilet, cleaned the floor, removed the old wax, replaced the toilet to tank rubber gasket with a new one, scraped the old caulking from the floor, cleaned the tile floor before the installation of the new toilet. He was very careful with handling my new toilet bowl, tank, and other parts. He did not rush and made sure that everything fit with ease. He tested the function by flushing the toilet more than several times too make sure that nothing leaked before he left.
