We went into the store and talked to Cosimo. He was easy to talk to, explained the pros and cons of different surfaces, and answered all of our questions. As soon as the product was in, we were contacted and scheduled the work to be done. The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! Cosimo and his crew were excellent to work with and I honestly would encourage you to reach out to them if you are thinking about changing floors OR if you need ideas/suggestions! We are so happy with the quality and efficiency of the work, the communication with Cosimo and his team, and of course, the finished product looks amazing!

This was an awesomely positive experience, which is unfortunately rare these days…read more Sunset provided a quote by email, after I provided words and pictures to describe what we were looking for. Their guys showed up on time. They were courteous. They were respectful of us, and respectful of our home. They asked for our input when they got to a part that required some judgement. They performed mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and drywall work. All done nearly to perfection. And they passed the acid test; after they left, I noticed two small things which I thought could have done better. They returned immediately and made these right. And they sent an invoice almost a week later (giving us an opportunity to discover any other issues, which we did NOT), and the invoice was for the exact amount of the estimate. They accepted my credit card payment over the phone. Our job was a small one, but they have definitely encouraged us to contact them again for our next job - small or large. Exceptionally excellent experience.

I cannot stress the relief my husband and I felt when Mark said Sunset Tile and Bath have a roofer. The gentleman's name, also Mark (I'll refer to as roofer Mark) was as competent, meticulous and professional as every other member we have encountered through Sunset Tile and Bath. Roofer Mark assessed, photographed and answered questions regarding our roof needs. Roofer Mark completed everything a week before our heavy rains occurred. His cleanup was remarkable---I found 2 nails---that's it! My husband and I are grateful to have a company that takes pride in their professions. Many thanks to Roofer Mark and his crew---and to Sunset Tile and Bath. Maureen M

What an absolute pleasure it was working with Carol and Helga at Floor & Decor!…read more Carol is truly exceptional at what she does! From selecting the perfect tile styles to figuring out quantities, grout colors, and all the little details in between, she made what could have been an overwhelming process feel completely effortless. She is incredibly knowledgeable, quick, and efficient, but what really sets her apart is her ability to make thoughtful suggestions that bring the entire project together. On top of that, she has the sweetest personality and the best sense of humor! She made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable, and we couldn't have asked for a better designer to help us. Helga at checkout was equally wonderful! She was so kind, welcoming, and thorough, taking extra care to individually wrap our tile samples so they would make it home safely without breaking. She took the time to chat with us and made us feel like valued customers rather than just another transaction. Both Carol and Helga went above and beyond, and their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail deserve recognition. Floor & Decor is lucky to have these two amazing women on their team! Thank you both for making our experience such a great one. We will absolutely be back!

This is for FLOOR AND DECOR BUSINESS ONLY NOT THIS STORE SPECIFICALLY…read more I purchased Luxe Dune tile based partly on Floor & Decor's official online photos, which showed it as a light cream-beige. The actual tile is significantly darker and much more taupe. Because of that difference, the grout color I selected looked completely wrong once installed, and I now have to spend an additional $1,200 to have the grout professionally stained. I contacted Floor & Decor and provided comparison photos, receipts, and documentation. Instead of offering any meaningful resolution, they repeatedly focused on manufacturing tolerances, batch variation, and the fact that the tile was installed. My complaint was never that the tile was defective. It was that their own product photography did not reasonably represent the color of the product. They eventually acknowledged that they understood the issue was the online images, but still denied any assistance and said their decision was final. No reimbursement, store credit, or goodwill adjustment was offered. I understand that screens and lighting can affect color slightly, but this was not a subtle difference. Customers should not assume the product photos on their website are an accurate representation of the actual color.
