The first thing that impressed me was that Melissa was trained at a top of the line school in Beverly Hills. Second, her website was professional and the work she posted was great. Last, but not least, i was absolutely sold when a friend of mine had her brows done by her and in person (as well as in picture) they looked AMAZING! A week before my appointment, I bugged her with a bunch of questions about different patterns and stokes and she answered professionally, honestly, and quickly every time. She kept me informed during the whole process, and was so easy to talk to. Best decision I've made in a long time! I absolute LOVE my results and will recommend her to anyone looking to have their brows done!! They look so natural and beautiful, I'm so happy! Thanks Melissa UPDATE :: first two pictures are fresh, day of. 3rd pic is 3 weeks out, all healed and color mostly back. Love love love love! Haven't had to wear any brow makeup at all. I was having some shape issues and sparseness with my brows postpartum and had been hesitant to get permanent make up done. A friend of mine had hers done by Trista and they were so beautiful I had to reach out. Trista suggested I get ombre powder brows and I completely trusted her through the process. During my initial appointment, she spent a lot of time mapping my brows and made sure I was 100% happy with the shape. She then tattoo'd my brows. They came out amazing and the natural fullness and shaping was exactly what I was looking for. She also gave me an after care package that really helped my brows to heal with minimal flaking and peeling. She checked in on my every so often through the healing process and reassured me through it as the pigment does change as the tattoos heal. After the 6 weeks the brows healed to a very natural, but done look that I loved. I then came in for my touch up appointment and she made some final adjustments to my brows. They came out even better than the initial time. I am now 4 weeks post the touch up appointment and these brows have literally changed my daily life. I always feel confident I have my brows on and they're perfect. I will be going to Trista for all my future touch ups and have recommended her to all my friends, family, and coworkers looking to get their brows done.

Back in the day, my aunt used to pluck them for me, which unfortunately led to areas that never grew back properly. Haley quite literally saved my brows and brought them back to life in a way I didn't think was possible. She's incredibly skilled, detail oriented, and always takes the time to shape my brows in a way that perfectly suits my face. It's no surprise that celebrities entrust her with their brows. On top of that, she's warm and we laugh the entire session. It never feels awkward or rushed, just genuinely enjoyable. I consistently leave feeling more confident and polished. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about your brows and delivers amazing results in a fun, welcoming environment, Haley is the one!

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience - I would unfortunately never recommend…read morebooking with Haley. I really dont like to write negative reviews, this is actually my only negative yelp review - but sometimes an experience is so unpleasant or costly that I want to save other people from the same experience - and this was unfortunately one of those moments. What started as excitement to work with a talented artist turned into an incredibly frustrating and disrespectful service experience. If you're considering booking with her, please read this first. Haley was incredibly responsive when I first reached out on Instagram, replying within 24 hours to the initial pre-booking questions I had but the moment I paid for my first appointment, the communication stopped completely. I didn't get a single response for *over a month* leading up to my follow-up appointment - despite several kind follow up messages - which is required to complete her two-part brow process. Then, on the day of my scheduled appointment, after driving 3 hours to attend the appointment, she canceled just a few hours before. She first said that her dog had to go to the vet, but then later confessed that she wanted to "be a mom today" and attend her daughter's Halloween school event, even though she had known for weeks I was leaving the country in two days and day or the next was my last available time before leaving the country. When I politely asked if there was any way she could fit me in later that day or the next, she accused me of being "difficult to schedule with" - it was total gaslighting! I'm sure she'll reply here with a polished explanation to to rework the story, but as a paying client who invested over $1,400 and was left with an unfinished service, this experience was absolutely unacceptable. Haley may be talented, but she lacks professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for her clients' time. It was funny because when I was researching working with Haley, the negative reviews on her yelp all had to do with how inconsiderate the scheduling process was - I wish I had listened to those people and I hope this saves someone else from making the same mistake. Save yourself the stress and go to someone who values their clients as much as their art.
