I've been going to Haley for my brows since 2019 and I truly cannot imagine trusting anyone else with them. She has completely transformed my brows over the years. Back in the day, my aunt used to pluck them for me, which unfortunately led to areas that never grew back properly. Haley quite literally saved my brows and brought them back to life in a way I didn't think was possible. She's incredibly skilled, detail oriented, and always takes the time to shape my brows in a way that perfectly suits my face. It's no surprise that celebrities entrust her with their brows. On top of that, she's warm and we laugh the entire session. It never feels awkward or rushed, just genuinely enjoyable. I consistently leave feeling more confident and polished. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about your brows and delivers amazing results in a fun, welcoming environment, Haley is the one! read more

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience - I would unfortunately never recommend booking with Haley. I really dont like to write negative reviews, this is actually my only negative yelp review - but sometimes an experience is so unpleasant or costly that I want to save other people from the same experience - and this was unfortunately one of those moments. What started as excitement to work with a talented artist turned into an incredibly frustrating and disrespectful service experience. If you're considering booking with her, please read this first. Haley was incredibly responsive when I first reached out on Instagram, replying within 24 hours to the initial pre-booking questions I had but the moment I paid for my first appointment, the communication stopped completely. I didn't get a single response for *over a month* leading up to my follow-up appointment - despite several kind follow up messages - which is required to complete her two-part brow process. Then, on the day of my scheduled appointment, after driving 3 hours to attend the appointment, she canceled just a few hours before. She first said that her dog had to go to the vet, but then later confessed that she wanted to "be a mom today" and attend her daughter's Halloween school event, even though she had known for weeks I was leaving the country in two days and day or the next was my last available time before leaving the country. When I politely asked if there was any way she could fit me in later that day or the next, she accused me of being "difficult to schedule with" - it was total gaslighting! I'm sure she'll reply here with a polished explanation to to rework the story, but as a paying client who invested over $1,400 and was left with an unfinished service, this experience was absolutely unacceptable. Haley may be talented, but she lacks professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for her clients' time. It was funny because when I was researching working with Haley, the negative reviews on her yelp all had to do with how inconsiderate the scheduling process was - I wish I had listened to those people and I hope this saves someone else from making the same mistake. Save yourself the stress and go to someone who values their clients as much as their art. read more

Haley Buckner is a miracle maker. I started getting my brows microbladed with Haley after I saw the amazing results my sister got. We started when she first started and continued to go every year for the touch-up. Not only does she have an amazing and beautiful soul, but she makes you feel and look like a million bucks. Her technique is perfection, and her work is like a beautiful art piece on your face. She explains that it will look very dark in the beginning but will soften and look natural. You just have to trust the process. I get compliments all the time about my brows and always recommend her. read more

I highly recommend Haley, she is the best in the industry. I was scared to have my brows done due to a scar that runs across one brow. She took the time to talk over my concerns and ease my fears. Haley listened carefully to what I wanted, and she gave me realistic expectations about the process and outcome, which I really appreciated. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she's also so sweet. I'm beyond happy that I found her, and I'll definitely be returning. Thank you, Haley, for giving me the perfect brows! read more

Haley was the sweetest and really listened to what I wanted. Yes it's sometimes is a long wait to get an appointment but she does Paris Hiltons eyebrows ppl, she's the best she's in high demand. But she and her assistants do a great job of letting you know when something pops up and schedule you in. And if you follow her on instagram she announces when she has openings. Just trust the process, trust the Pro! I'm nursing my baby still and cant go back til 3 months after I'm done. But I can't wait. Ugh I'm so happy I pulled the trigger and finally got an appointment with Hayley. I have wanted to get my eyebrows microbladed for a few years but was horrified at the idea of someone tattooing something on my face permanently. And then about two years ago I stumbled across Hayley's instagram from an influencer I followed whose brows I liked. Her work was incredible in photos and looked so natural. I was impressed with her work. I decided to book an appointment and yes it was a bit of a wait and yes you have to make a deposit but boy was it worth it. My eyebrows look incredible. I'm getting compliments left and right. They're so natural looking it seriously looks like little hairs not even brow pencil. Plus she gave me a little brow lift. My only regret is that I didn't come sooner. On top of it all her studio is cute and she's really friendly and sweet. You have to come here read more

This review is long overdue. I saw Kellie last year and just went last week for my annual touch up. She is so kind, funny, and makes sure you are comfortable at all times. She's so talented but truly humble about it. I was really anxious before my first appointment as I had never done anything like microblading before. Kellie made me feel right at home and was incredibly responsive afterward with any questions I had. I was super insecure about my eyebrows but not anymore! Thanks to Kellie for such a great experience! She's amazing! Highly recommend! read more

If you're looking for the best place to have your brows transformed, look no further! i recently had a total eyebrow makeover with Kellie Collins & i truly feel like my life is changed. As the mother of an almost toddler, i am a nap-time warrior & hated having to spend time drawing my brows on from scratch, when i had so many other things to do. i no longer have to do that! Kellie is thorough & takes her time laying the framework for your perfect shape/thickness. i was shocked that she nailed it the first time because i'm so so particular about my eyebrows, & i had expected to have to make at least a couple adjustments before she started blading. this showed me that she listened when i told her what i wanted, but also that she has a real understanding of how eyebrows are supposed to lay on your face. i definitely went into my appointment feeling nervous about what pain i would be experiencing, but after she finished numbing me i couldn't feel a thing! she even reassured me that if i felt any pain she would numb me again. i felt the whole time like she truly cared about comfort & well being! as for the final product, i think the picture speaks a thousand words. they are literally EXACTLY what i wanted & envisioned for myself: the perfect shape, perfect thickness & lots of fluff. one thing i did that i would absolutely recommend is the brow lift two weeks prior to my appointment! my brows are so natural looking & i know the lift is to thank for that. my brow hairs grow in every direction but up & now they lay so perfectly over the blade strokes! if you are wanting to get your brows microbladed but don't know who to trust, i'm telling you to trust Kellie Collins! i will be a customer for LIFE! read more

Your eyebrows are the first thing we notice on our face, Haley is the best of the best, a true artist

Booked Haley to have my brows done before my wedding went multiple times to ensure my brows were beautiful for my wedding day traveling from out of state, scheduled, and paid deposit to ensure that I had my appointment. You have to allow time to heal so I booked my last appointment in a timely fashion for my wedding and they purely canceled the appointment on me wouldn't work with my schedule as I was traveling from out of town for the appointment and we're quite rude about cancelling it. Needless to say wasted a ton of money because I couldn't get my touch up as they recommend and I just had to go without having them done. Needless to say I would never come back not worth it when they just cancel you like you don't matter. read more

I could not be more thrilled with my new eyebrows! Haley has an amazing reputation for a reason. She is so talented, friendly and professional. The whole process was completely seamless, very easy, and went better than what I expected. She even provided me a detailed aftercare email that had easy step-by-step instructions. If you want to get your brows microbladed, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HALEY!!! :) read more

Haley came very highly recommended and although more expensive than others who were recommended, I went with her due to the glowing reviews. I like her and the work she did on my brows. The struggle is getting touch-up appointments. As a new client, I don't know when I will need a touch-up until I see the need. In early April I decided to book for late May. I could not get an appointment until late July. I went on the waitlist and would click the link the moment I was notified of an opening and it would already be taken. I have a new job and can't keep the late July appointment. She will not refund my deposit of $200 for the service not rendered and the appointment which I am sure has already been filled from the wait list. This just seems like a poor way to do business. I have no complaints about her work and clearly she is very popular but this poor customer service is very unfortunate. read more

The entire process was seamless. I saw Kellie and she walked me through the entire process from the stenciling/shaping to the aftercare. She kept me in the loop about what she was doing and why during my appointment. It wasn't painful. It was extremely clean and Kellie was not only super nice but very professional. I'm obsessed with my eyebrows and I already can't wait to get a touch up. 10/10 would highly recommend. read more

Haley is amazing at what she does, If you're looking for beautiful, natural brows in a clean and professional environment, look no further. I had very sparse eyebrows and had been trying to grow them out for over a year and a half. I tried everything under the sun but just couldn't get that natural brow look. I found Haley through a family friend and instantly loved her work. Getting an appointment was quick and easy. The procedure itself was pretty simple. She explained the healing/after care while the numbing lotion worked its magic. We looked at the shape of the brow she could make happen on me. Then about 90 min later. Beautiful brows! read more

I found Haley through word-of-mouth and booked an appointment online right away. She has limited hours, but there were plenty of open slots. I had my brows done when she was still located in Lake Forest (she's in Long Beach now). The initial healing process was quite itchy but only for a few days. My brows were much less irritated after the touch up appointment. I felt no pain throughout the process. Her studio is clean and simple with unique touches of her personality. I LOVED the shape, color, & end result. Microblading is quite the investment, but waking up with full brows is such time saver! I'll be back soon for my six-month touch up! read more

I absolutely love Haley! I've always been a huge fan of hers ever since she started doing make up. Ive been following her on Instagram for years! So when she started doing brows I was so excited! Myself being in the beauty industry I was super hesitant to get my brows mircobladed since I've seen some really horrible ones in the past. But the more and more I saw Haley's clients I couldn't wait any longer. I've always struggled uneven brows and also thin brows, ever since the 90s. (When it was the thing back then) so filling them in everyday was a pain! When I first saw Haley I came in she did a short consultation, super profess! Then she went ahead and drew out my brows and had me take a look. I changed a few things, since I do my brows a certain way but she totally made me comfortable on doing some minor tweaks! I've had my eyebrows mircobladed for almost a year now, with 1 full touch up after the 6 months and I'm still in love! I'm so grateful I wake up everyday with brows and it cuts my getting ready time down by so much! I always recommend Haley to everyone I talk to! She made it one of the best decisions ever ! I highly recommend her! You won't be disappointed! read more

Recently got my eyebrows microbladed here by Kellie and the whole experience was incredible. From booking the appointment, to the prep work, the actual service itself, and follow-up I was constantly being reassured and kept in the loop every step of the way. I have to admit I was nervous about getting my eyebrows done, but Kellie was an absolute sweetheart. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable, kept checking in to see how I was feeling and gave me detailed instructions for how to take great care of my eyebrows during the healing process. They are coming along nicely with no surprises and I can't wait to go back in for my touch-up! I love that her style is so fluffy and natural- I highly recommend! read more

She's Great !! Love my brows It's worth the wait amazing job so professional and made me feel comfortable

I had my brows done by Kellie Collins at Haley Buckner Brows. She was awesome! The time flew by and it hardly hurt. I went in 2/25 and it took about three weeks to 100% heel but they look amazing. I have never left the house without eyebrow make-up, it is the one thing I always wear. I no longer need make at all and it feels so good! I will definitely be going back to Kellie for my touch up and every 6 months hereafter. read more

Just to give a little background : not only do I have light color brows, but they are also very sparse. I over plucked in the 90s. I had permanent make up done maybe 18 years ago but those were solid, no such thing as ombré or hair like strokes. My brows never really grew back. (See top picture) I had been looking into having my brows micro bladed for the better part of a year. I did research and read a ton of reviews. I looked on IG, Facebook, yelp, I googled, but none of the places just clicked for me. I had been following Haley on social media for a while, when she announced she was going to start offering micro blading. Right away I was like "me, pick me !!!" because have you seen her ? She does fantastic work ! Now let me tell you about my experience - Her studio is clean and very feminine. She is absolutely adorable and very professional. She asked what I was looking for as far as shape and color, she also offered her recommendations. My brows were measured right down to perfection. She was constantly checking with me as far as he shape to make sure I was happy with it all before she began. The process itself was not painful, it was a little odd because it sounds and feels like someone scraping Velcro with a fingernail. She was personable, witty, kept me at ease through the whole thing. She suggested we go a little light on the initial procedure and once it was healed and I went back for my follow up, then we could perfect it, and by then we'd know how my skin retained the ink and healing and all of that. I LOVED them. You could absolutely see the hair like strokes which made me super excited. (See middle picture) Now about 5 weeks later I went back for my follow up. By then we could see how well they healed and what we needed to fix. We decided to make them a little thicker, a little darker and she also adjusted the shape, giving me a more pronounced arch. Love them even more. (See bottom picture) I have to say that after so many years of seeing myself with essentially no brows when I don't wear make up, it's crazy to see them now. All I really have to do is maybe throw on a little brow gel, maybe a little brow powder, but it's truly not necessary. I could not be happier. I have to drive about and hour and 1/2 to get to her and it's absolutely worth it. I highly recommend her. read more

I had my brows done by Kellie and love everything about them. I am a ginger with fair skin and very light eyebrows. Kellie matched my hair color perfectly and gave them a wonderful shape. This was a great experience from start to finish and I'm still happy a few months later. read more

I love this place! It's tucked away inside a super cool tattoo parlor in downtown Long Beach. It's small, but very clean. The staff is super friendly and very talented. Game changer! As we age we lose color, yes it's sucks but brows really make a difference! Haley is the best! And she makes it a fun experience! Haley Buckner Brows - Day I got them done! - Permanent Makeup Near Me - Costa Mesa, California

Haley truly is an artist! I am so happy with the result! She is the best there is!

My brows looked amazing for exactly one day. Then the healing process started, which was extra brutal for me. Two full weeks of large chunks, sometimes the entire length of my eyebrow, of dead skin just hanging out. I just kept telling myself that it would all finally be worth it once the healing process was done...except it wasn't. Literally no pigment remained after those two weeks. I emailed Kellie, who is the one who did my brows, and she was basically like sometimes it be like that, and at first said I should just come in for my touch up appointment and it'll be fine. I told her I wasn't interested in paying another several hundred dollars to go through the same process again only to come out with absolutely nothing to show for it, and that I wouldn't have gone through with it if I was told at any point that the pigment may actually just not take at all. She cancelled my follow up appointment, never apologized, and never offered any kind of refund. My brows now look exactly the same (if not more sparse) than they did when I got them done 4 months ago. read more

This person) is inaccessible. I have placed calls, volunteered to pay for a consult, sent appointment requests to no avail for two weeks in a row. I have a medical condition that I wanted to discuss with Haley before I had the micro ablation. I did not want to discuss it with her assistants, as I wanted some privacy and offered to pay for her time or a consult . I was ignored, my messages were not returned. Very rude and unprofessional. read more

I came to do my brows with Haley and she was AMAZING! Felt no pain and she did a great job, can't wait for my touch up!!

I love Haley! My brows are amazing & I no longer need to spend the time in the morning to fill them in. So many people that I know have been microbladed by cheaper artists and you can clearly tell- Full scabbing & fading after 6 months. Even a friend who was told they would shrink so the artist made them huge, now she's stuck getting microdermabrasion every week before her wedding! With Haley you don't need to worry about any of that, make the best decision & book with her! read more
