I love how detail oriented they are and do not feel the need to over charge their clients for their services like other salons. It's always tricky finding the perfect brow lady who just GETS you! Haha The girls here totally get my obsession with clean and thick brows and I'm so grateful for it. I follow one girl here in particular to her other location in Carlsbad when she's not on staff here...that how awesome she is! :) They are clean, attentive and fast! I've been coming here for about a year and a half now and I have yet to have a bad experience. I never make appointments and they always accept walk-ins. I got my brows ($10) done my Maliha and they're perfect! She did a great job and she was very friendly. I highly recommend this place, the prices are great and so are their products. I got a brow powder for $13 (which seems pricey but it's a nice sized pot) and a brow gel for $10. Love this place. read more

I've never been threaded before, but this was an amazing experience! I came in with my sister, we were both only going to get eyebrow threading, but we were so impressed with the women and their service, that we decided to also get upper lip and underarm threading. It was all done so quickly and efficiently! I didn't even know that upper lip and underarm threading were a thing. I 100% will be coming back for all my threading needs. I like threading so much better than waxing, as I feel like even the smallest shortest hairs can get grabbed. These women know what they're doing! Thank you! read more

I typically go to Reena in Sorrento Valley and absolutely love her but I was in the area and needed to get my eyebrows threaded asap so decided to follow other yelpers lead and go here. I got the coupon in the get one free magazine for $99 to get a teeth whitening I used Maliha she did a great job!! I had coffee stains that I wanted removed... she's very friendly and she knew what she was doing, so I had great results I'm going back in four or five months to finish up to get them even more white. I would reccomend her to anyone trying to get their teeth whitened in Encinitas or north county. read more

I have consistently had great service from Ana & her sisters who work at this location. I had somebody at the Carlsbad location thread my eyebrows excessively thin last year; therefore, I always request Ana or one of her sisters. Unfortunately, the AC was broken when I visited today. It was dreadfully hot for me and I feel badly for the threaders who are working at this location all day. I hope the AC is fixed promptly - for their benefit and customers, too! read more

Okay back to one star. Brows were again butchered by the woman who weeks before did a good job. Bald spots on the brow- poorly done. I will not be coming back this time. These people don't even need to be trained and licensed estiticians -they are just off the street! No thanks! read more

I came here two weekends ago to get my brows threaded. Being a fan of their other location, I found myself in Encinitas and decided to stop in. There was a very short wait, only one woman ahead of me who was already in the midst of an intense threading session. I didn't mind, it gave me time to read the local magazine that was in the lobby. The place was super clean, service was friendly, and my brows are now on fleek. Sorry I had to. Anyway, I will definitely be back!! The girl offered to fill them in for me but unfortunately I was going out that night and was on the way home to wash hair/do makeup so I didn't want to waste her time. I appreciated the offer though and will surely be back!!! Insider tip... I wanted to give this salon another shot even though I was disappointed with the one in Carlsbad. Let's just say my eyebrows looked WORSE than it did coming in. It's uneven, the shape is terrible and a huge chunk of my arch on my right eyebrow is cut off. I have never been so upset with my eyebrows. I literally hate how I look. read more

I have been here about 9 or so times now. And typically my experience is generally pretty good (4-5 ). But today, OMG, was it horrible! The girl in the 1st chair HURT. I can take the "threading pain", but to go as slow as she did then proceed to say "you have really thick hair" ....only because she noticed I was uncomfortable. Then didn't even fully cleaned up, was annoyed that I asked her to go back over a small area. Didn't really cut down the length. She was pissy because I could not put my fingers on my eyelid with make up, because you know I have to go back to work ... I feel like I am week past my apt and not "fresh my eyebrow apt". I ALWAYS tip 20% or more on my services, today I felt like doing $0 but I did 15% because I get bad. I don't appreciate the comments that are clearly condescending. Overall this experience is making me question if I will return. Sad because I thought I found my new place read more

I've always gotten my eyebrows waxed and they became really thin and I got burns everytime so I decided to try threading and I came here and they got me in really quick and my eyebrows have never looked better. Also it was a really good price and they use witch hazel at the end instead of chemicals like other places. Definitely going back and recommend it! read more

This is a wonderful establishment if you need to get your brows threaded. I got a YELP coupon for lip top for $14. They except credit cards at no fee which is a plus. Very clean. You have to sign in at the desk to wait your turn. I had a good experience here as they paid attention to detail. Very friendly. I will return. read more

Spotted this place before having dinner and thought--hey why not stop on in, your brows need to be cleaned up! Waited about 10 minutes because the ladies were working on other folks and then I was next. It went great, the lady helped make my brows presentable again and there was a discount offer with a yelp check-in at the time I went in. They also have a rewards program you can sign up for. Ive reached out to them in which they offered a fix however per my research, processing my lashes just days later would actually just damage them. Not usually one to leave reviews but for this much money ($143 + $20 tip) I would really hope we are getting the service we paid for.

She tried to offer to tint them, TINTING MY BROWS WILL NOT BRING BACK THE LITTLE HAIR I ACTUALLY GROW. Filling them in also doesn't help-- when the sun hits my face there's a clear texture difference. I even ask a stranger to check a minute after I walked out. She also tried to tell me to put olive oil? Be so fr bro, you gonna go buy me some olive oil or what?? And how long is till the olive oil makes them grow back?? Because again-- I HARDLY GROW BROW HAIR. Don't even get me started on all the little hairs shes missed bro wth. I could've f***ed up my brows at home and saved time driving here. The cherry on top is the uneven bottom part of the arches I have now too. I even took pictures of myself on the way there so here's song proof that-- 1. I did in fact have hair there 2. It does in fact grow upwards 3. She did in fact thread it off 4. The after pics don't happen from a little trim. Only reason it gets 2 stars is bc Bella still do her damn thing-- DONT GO TO ANYONE BUT BELLA FOR THE LOVE OF GOD

I have had my eyebrows threaded at brow experts for more than 2 years at their Carlsbad location when I found out that they opened a location down the street from where I live in Encinitas I thought I would check them. So I went there yesterday after a 10 minutes wait I was helped and as I was expecting from them the same quality service and same price as the other location. I have always left their salon happy. I have yet to try their facial and eyelash extension service but soon will make an appointment for a set of volume lash and will update my review based on their lash services.
