I've seen them engage with customers who want to talk and for those like myself, who aren't very talkative, will respect that. The threading itself is quality. I'm never disappointed with how my eyebrows end up looking and they're super fast. it's like a 5 minute process, even when I come in with mine overgrown. They also offer a little aloe gel massage to help with the recovery. Feels good and pretty much erases any lingering discomfort. On top of that they have a rewards card where you can get one free after a few visits. This is on top of them being $8 a session. The shop itself is clean as well. Open design with comfortable chairs, both for those waiting and those getting worked on. Parking is always available as well. TLDR; Overall, 10/10 would recommend. She explained each step of the process was as we were going. She also explained the different types of sets and lashes they had available. I got a more curled lash but she still made them look natural. I have smaller eyes so I got the "classic" look which was perfect for me.
