So came in on a Sunday and unfortunately only one technician was available. I wanted my full face done but was first asked if I could come back Monday, I said no, because I work as majority of people work the typical Mon-Fri jobs. The technician proceeded to say I can't do it because it's too busy. So I just asked for brows and upper lip to be done. I'm disappointed because I only come every two weeks for a brow and lip clean up and then once a month for a full face thread or thread and wax. This is a 30 minute drive for me only to say I cant get the service I wanted done?! Like who fault is is that they decided to make only one technician come in when it's busy on the weekends? I get it and understand things come up, but service shouldn't be denied because of it. Everywhere has their busy moments, restaurants, clothing stores, etc. and customers know how to wait their turn and that could have been this situation. No one was getting upset or anything for this technician to deny me a service that I drove for. Oh and not to mentioned she half-assed my service for me to ask her to get another part. I kind of feel bad giving only one star because the girl who did my eyelash extensions was very nice. But, I have had my eyelashes done about 50 times in my life and this is the worst they have ever turned out. She took a tray of individual clusters (3 lashes) and glued them onto the top of my natural lashes. But she only had me sit in a barber-type chair, and I was not laying down. I don't think that you can apply eyelashes accurately when the customer is not lying down and you don't have a magnifying mirror. It's kind of just like throwing eyelashes at somebody's face and not really knowing where they're going to end up! Also, I told her that I had eye makeup on and it needed to be removed before the extensions were applied. But she did not take off my makeup. I don't think it is a good idea to put eyelashes on when your skin is not clean. The eyelashes don't have very much curl. They almost stick straight out. So if you are looking at my face straight on, it doesn't even look like I have eyelashes at all. My left eye is really screwed up. The clusters of eyelashes do not line up correctly and there was one cluster that was put on sideways which I had to take off immediately. That left me with a noticeable gap where lashes are supposed to be. The ones on the right I are a little better but you still can't tell that I have extensions. There is no increased volume or length. I knew that these were not going to be true eyelash extensions. True eyelash extensions are very time intensive. They usually take more than an hour to put on. I've paid up to $300 for eyelash extensions! So paying $50 for them at this place was obviously not going to get me the same kind of results as I got from the $300 place. It only took about 10 minutes for the girl to apply these lashes. So I think that paying $50 is excessive! The lashes that she used can be purchased at any drugstore for less than $10. It's hard to find places that do eyelash extensions in Omaha. I'm only seeing two places and they are super expensive. If anyone knows of a place that is reasonably priced, please let me know! I will not go back to Brow Beauty. read more

Do not waste your time or money here. I said please don't take my natural arch off the top, don't take any hair off the top. Then also brings my browns in from the top and in from the front. Instead of being the individual lash application they advertise for their extensions, I was unpleasantly surprised when I found they had glued large chunks of lashes, not to my lashes but to my eyelids! This was very uncomfortable and heavy for days. Then they all started falling out in clumps. I've reached out to them in this regard and hope they can do the right thing as I now have to pay to have the "extensions" done by them removed and a whole new set to be applied elsewhere, where they know what they're doing! Definitely a disappointing experience! read more

The only reason I'm giving this place two stars is because the girl who USUALLY does my brows is very good. The one today, not so much. The tail end of both of my brows are completely cut off. When I brought this to her attention, she kept repeating "no there's hair there, look!" as she shoved a hand mirror closer and closer to my face. Yeah, moving the mirror closer isn't going to make hair magically appear. I immediately went to Walmart to get a brow pencil since I'll be faking eyebrows for a couple weeks and from now on if my regular girl isn't there I'm tuning straight back around. read more

I don't typically leave reviews but watching my eyelash fall off all night and having to essentially rip the rest off (using olive oil and eye makeup remover) has pretty much topped out my extreme annoyance with this entire experience. When I arrived the tech informed me that I could feel some burning (my friend gets her lashes done regularly and she looks like a teary mess the day of, so I didn't think much of it). I asked if I could leave my contact in, and the woman handed me a liability waiver and a pen and motioned several times for me to sign. Red flag number one. But I figured I would just take my contacts out if it became an issue, no big deal. 10 minutes later, the application is done. Now, I'm a little skeptical because it usually takes my friend (the one with the eyelashes) around an hour or so to get hers done. So then this lady tells me "hold this on your face, don't open your eyes" and hands me a portable fan. She then helps the next person and comes back to me WITHOUT WASHING HER DAMN HANDS and starts touching my eyes. She then pulls the little cotton things from under my eyelashes and says "ok! All done" yeah Linda, I am done with all that crazy stuff plz stop touching my eyes. So I go on about my day, make a couple stops and run some errands and as I'm driving home a clump of eyelashes falls into my lap. A CLUMP YALL. Then when I get home another clump falls out. It's now been two hours since application. My husband, the comedian, makes a couple jokes about how I look so good except for that one spot (haha...) and we go to bed. I lay down and go to close my eyes and I'm met with excruciating pain in my eyelids. Throbbing. I reach up to massage my eyelid and two more clumps fall off my eyelid. I then go and examine my lashes to see that she glued these lashes to my eyelids. So I've spent the last two hours alternating olive oil and makeup removed in an attempt to remove these lashes. I have been a reliable eyebrow customer here for years but after this I will NEVER be back. read more

I am very disappointed and discouraged by my last visit to this business. I went the last week in August around 10am, so no other customers were in the store. The young lady came and assisted me, and like 2 minutes later the tops of both my brows were missing!!!! I was very upset and disappointed!!!!! She then asked if I wanted a brow tint, I said no, paid her and left. I have frequented this place several times, and it's been up and down with satisfaction but I can say I'm done now, why take off the tops of my brows?? And on top of it, the speed of doing it??? What was the hurry? I hope she reads this and quit screwing up brows!!!! You DON'T thread top of brows!!!!!!!! I will now spend weeks looking like I got razor crazy!!!!! I usually never review a place, but here it goes. I've always came here to accompany my roommate and seeing as how they did a relatively good job (more hits than misses), I decided to try it for myself. The first time was great. I had a great experience and my brows came out the way I wanted. The second time, the worker seemed like she was rushing and did not really follow the shape of my brow and it was definitely uneven. Today is my third try, hoping for a "third time is the charm" experience. It was going well and my eyebrows were almost done until the worker asked if I wanted to do my little peach fuzz. I said "no thank you" and "thanks but I'm okay" a few times. Yet she still stood over me and said something along the lines of "let's just try it." Next thing I know, she starts threading my ENTIRE FACE and asking me questions. Granted I could have stopped her but I was distracted by the questions she started asking. As I went to pay, she charged me $35. I repeated the price hoping I misheard her. But no, she charged me for the whole face threading when I had specifically told her I just wanted to do my eyebrows (which is only $12). I paid the $35 anyway but I highly doubt I will come back again. Although their prices are cheap and there is rarely a long wait, this experience is something I would rather avoid encountering again. read more

So I usually go here to get my eyebrows threaded and they do a good job. But I decided to get my eyelashes done too. BIG MISTAKE! The glue they used felt like nail glue & it burned as if it was nail glue too. My eyes were red & itchy and the woman told me "You just have sensitive eyes". The next day my eyes were still burning and the lashes were actually coming off! So I went back and asked what could they do because I spent $45 on something that looks and feels horrible. The girl who was there the second time had no clue what to do she had to call the manager who wasn't answering the phone. Long story short they gave me a gift card. But I really wanted nice lashes so now I have no lashes & no money. read more

I love getting my eyelashes done, but this time was WAY different. I usually go to Brow and Lash beauty with no problem. They take their time and understand that the glue takes time to dry and your eyes are very sensitive. Well, brow and beauty was closed today and I had to go to the 72nd location. This lady was so angry that my eyes were watering she was huffing and puffing about me asking her to just give me one more minute to let my eyes calm down. I had to just pay and walk out and sit in my car before I could see again. I will never go back to that location again. read more

Okay don't normally do reviews but I feel this is necessary. I have gone here about 5 times total ( normally Goto Westroads to get them threaded/tinted ) hit and miss when I go to this location on how they come out. Today I go in for a tint only, and there is only one worker and she's with another customer. No hello, I'll be right with you, nothing... Not a big deal. Then I heard a mans voice keep talking on a speaker phone. Thought ohh someone's in the back on the phone. Nope it was her. She had her phone in her bra on speaker phone. She continued with her client still not saying one word to her, then proceeded to check her out and then snapped her finger at me and pointed to the chair to come sit. I went over and say down and told her tint only. She began to tint my brows and wipes them off with in 60-90 seconds of putting them on. Immediately made me nervous they were gonna be to light and not show up. Boy was I wrong that was the least of my worries. I sat up and was in shock. She had painted on my brows above my eyebrows I started to panic as I have a concert I'm going to tobifht and asked how to fix it she said are they to dark and I told her no they are to high. She scrubbed my face ( washing off my spray tan with rubbing alcohol ) and then went for attempt two. And this is what I'm left with. My brows are a disaster and I will not be going back. read more

Inconsistent threading services. Sometimes my eyebrows look great and other times they look terrible.

I stop in to just get tinting on my eyebrows and noticed they do eyelash extensions also. So I asked if she could do that too, she said yes. Before she started I heard a baby crying in the back room that she had to go tend to. Their was a girl getting her eyebrows threaded next to me I couldn't see cause my eyes were closed but she left crying. Now before she started she said no refunds for eyelashes. Why would one want a refund? She said because some don't like that they can be long or thick. Well I like long and thick at least that's what I thought. She put my eyelashes on and I was drying she came back to check on me after 15 or 20 minutes my lashes were stuck together my bottom to my top lashes. Now how the f#%k did that happen when you put the thing to hold down my bottom lashes. She tries to pull them apart I tell her that really hurts so she cuts my real lashes which now starts poking my eye. She finish cutting my eye lashes so I can open my eye but they won't start watering. My eye are so red and I come home to take a closer look she glued some eyelashes on top of my eyelid so high. I didnt even see her tinting which was horrible it looks like I took a crayon and colored my eyebrows in. I'm trying to take the lashes off now. I will never go back to this one again I will stick to the westroads. read more

I never post reviews but I wanted to get eyelash extensions and we all know a downside is price, so I went here because they were cheaper. The first time I told the lady I like them longer and fuller; I have done my own eyelash extensions and they came out better. She was rushed and it only took her 20 minutes! It should never be that quick. My eyes were swollen and I couldn't curl my lashes because she glued them to my eyelids lmao. Well I called her the following day because 2 little bunches of lashes were on the verge of falling off and I let her know I was unhappy (which I never do) and she said come back shell fix free. Well they all work at all locations so it was a maze to find her and when I got there she basically pulled all my eyelashes off I was in so much pain I cussed(didnt even cuss when I got tattooed) and she again put lashes on in 20 minutes. When I left two days ago my eyes were in so much pain, dry, blurry, and I STILL CANNOT SEE. so i will be going to the doctor tomorrow and note to self pay an extra 30 dollars for someone experienced and with schooling. Beyond infuriated will not even be going back for brows which was also a waste, lets not forget the first time she did my lashes she burped in my face and u could taste what she had for breakfast. Sick. Oh and again its beeb 2 days and my lashes are falling out again. First time she did them shorter than my real lashes and this time same length long but ridiculous looking. Everyone in there at the time i was there was in pain and or complaining. The girl next to me said the last girl who did her brows made it look like a black sharpie was drawn on her face _ she was pale with blonde hair_ so please save your money. The goo in my eyes is worse than pink eye and ive been using disinfecting eye drops still no sight. read more

I don't typically review places but I didn't want someone to else to go through what I did. I had heard from friends they were excellent and when I saw a $12 groupon for a Brazilian wax I jumped on it. This was not my first waxing and I knew what to expect. When I arrived I felt rushed into the room, I asked to use the restroom first and felt this was an annoyance to my technician. There was also only a dirty hand towel in the room with old bits of wax on it that I was to use to cover up. My technicians technique was extremely poor, and she did not use hard wax and instead of cooling the wax in the air she would blow on me while applying the wax. By the end of our 30 min very painful session, she made some comment about how I was strong, most clients cry...I wasn't suprised. When she finished and left the room so I could dress, I was very upset to discover there were still patches of hair everywhere, and I was bleeding from all the roots she had waxed. I immediately called my regular salon and they basically re-waxed the entire area because she had missed so much and despite how tender I was it was still less painful at the second salon. Needless to say my romantic plans for that weekend we're ruined. Also my regular salon told me I was the 6th person that week who had come in needing a re-do from going to Brow Beauty. The technician at Brow Beauty told me she had been doing this for 7 years, I didn't have time to look for their license on the wall but I suspect I may not find one. read more
