This place is very clean and relaxing. I explained to her the problems I have with my shoulder and my hip from previous injuries. By focusing her attention on those two areas but also applying a soothing pressure to the rest of my body, I was able to relax and get lost in the massage. To me, that is the sign of a good massage - getting lost and fully relaxed so that when I leave, I am like jello and in somewhat of a daze. It's my zen. I highly recommend

I agreed to a root shadow thinking it would be like the example picture but this is DEFINITELY NOT A ROOT SHADOW. I wanted DEPTH and for you to cover my greys with the same color my natural hair was on top and sides from grow out of my natural hair. This was not worth $150.00 and I gave you three stars because the hi- lite color is really nice. Now when I look in the mirror all I see is straight blonde. This is not ethical and as a Master stylist you should know this. You did not cut my hair. You barely trimmed it. I asked for my bangs to be at lip length when dry and an inch off the rest. That was not done. Hair cut not worth $65.00 I liked the Fusio conditioning treatment. You were on your phone even when with me while doing my hair. If you want to build rapport with a client not the way to go. I know I was a new client but saying "I usually don't do new clients" was a slap in my face. Partial Hi Lites $150.00 Toner $45.00 (not listed on website) Master cut (no styling just blow dry) $65.00 Fusio 12ml( think this was a deep conditioning ) $35.00 Total $295.00 (not including a tip which I gave because I'm not rude) First picture before Second what I wanted third what I got. I told her that I was trying to grow my eyebrows out and I just want a cleanup. This is what she did and blaming it on me saying that I have pieces of my eyebrow missing I have never had a problem with the lady that was in a chair next to her and she told me I should've waited on her.... Well I'm sorry I didn't think that she was incompetent at doing her job !! The other person had someone in her chair ... so when she called me over I went to her ... this was so unacceptable... and after this I doubt I will ever be back ... who knows how long this will take to grow back I should've knew something was wrong when her thread kept breaking as she was threading my brows smh .. I've been going here twice a month for the past 2 years ... so clearly it's a her problem !!

I had a very unfortunate interaction with the owner. I had a less than satisfactory experience with…read moreone of the massage therapists, it was a very strange massage and was unlike anything I had previously experienced there. First the essential oils placed under my face gave me quite a migraine. I have a herniated disc in my neck which I acknowledge that sometimes that could be an issue but for me this has never been a problem during massages. For some reason she placed several, and I mean several, hot towels on my neck which was immediately pretty painful as this was heavy to be placed with heat on a herniated disc, no matter how healed. Then she quite literally covered me in lotion, like a ridiculous amount where I couldn't even get dressed, barely touched me and ran out of the room, almost before I could even ask her for a towel (I was literally drenched in lotion) and before the session was supposed to be over. So I was left in more pain plus a migraine with a shortened session and covered in lotion, and I did notice that she didn't greet me afterwards to offer me water and make sure I'm doing good like they usually do here. This was all very strange and bizarre, but I assumed maybe this had to do with inexperience and wanted to leave feedback as to why this wasn't the best experience, especially since this is a luxury service that wasn't cheap. The owner called me the next day, and she was genuinely one of the most hostile and unpleasant people I had ever talked to. I am not a confrontational person, and I do think I was being reasonable in leaving feedback. She called me and told me that there is absolutely no way that any of this happened, and that she "welcomes me to not return". I told her that this was unfortunate to hear because I had such positive experiences in the past there, to which she told me I didn't go there enough times to have that much of an opinion. She kept telling me that I am more than welcome to not return, and at this point I wasn't going to but I just wanted her to tell me directly that she was banning me from returning for having a negative experience. She was avoiding saying explicitly that I could not return, but she kept insisting I was welcome to go elsewhere. I told her I would probably leave a review of the situation, to which she said "well that's not very nice of you". I told her it's not very nice to ban me for expressing concerns with my session. She hung up the phone abruptly, and the next day another staff member called and offered to reschedule me with someone else. I politely declined. I also want to mention that the ramp to get in the door is extremely inaccessible, I am a wheelchair user and it's borderline hazardous the way it is oriented. If I am to open the door, I have to be on the ramp which is difficult, or the door will push me down the stairs. If you use a mobility aid or have chronic pain I would not recommend, not because of the staff but 100% because of the owner.

Observed the nail technicians prep the massage seat's foot rest with plastic liners to make you feel safe and comfortable soaking your feet in the tub. Didn't pay attention to the price of manicure but for basic pedicure, soaking feet with no soap and quick foot massage - the service fee starts at $35. If they use gel ... extra $15. It wasn't me but it was my mom who had her toenails done. They were nice enough to have me sit next to her and watch how he cuts the cuticles one at a time. The service was full one hour and more. No accidents happened like cutting the nails or dead skin. My mom is diabetic and it was very important to know that the male nail technician was very careful. I could have given a 5 star review if only some the people who work there could understand and speak a little bit more English so to have a nice conversation and be able to follow the individual instructions from the customers. Also, show and tell the first time customers how to use the massage chair. Haven't seen how they do nail art but I highly recommend this nail salon for their basic nail services. They use OPI paint.
