Never in my 10+ of getting my brows threaded was I asked "how would you like your brows today?" JS eyebrows always makes sure to ask and to make my brows to my liking. They do a great job! Recently, they started expanding and offering more services. I tried derma planing and had a great experience. The facility was clean and staff was very attentive in making sure I was okay. As I waited I looked over the pricing guide and took photos. There were several pricing guides laid out by the register, each with different prices on them, some had the price crossed out with another price hand written. Then, there was a digital pricing guide on the wall, which again had different pricing (the most expensive of them). The employee spoke very little to me and what she did say was in mumbled/broken english. She worked quickly and did not apply any soothing serum on my skin afterwards. When I checked out, the price was higher than expected. I will not be returning.

The other "esthetician" kept rudely interrupting telling me the same as well, I felt so awful about myself and agreed, and that is where it horribly went wrong!! I kept telling the "esthetician" the wax was too hot, she said no it isn't, but it was literally dripping off the stick. I noticed she kept using the same stick and kept putting it into the same wax pot that was used for everyone else. I told her it is not hygienic and she told me I was crazy and did not know anything and to mind my own business. I was appalled!!! This is a place that also does bikini waxes!!! If they are comfortable to being that unhygienic with wax for your face, I can only imaging what they do with the wax used for bikini hair removal.
