Im contacting the BBB! Just TERRIBLE! I should have read the reviews on Yelp before walking in to this terrible place. They're super rude and don't even listen to how you want your brows done. I should have known better then to trust these people with the eyebrows that I had worked so hard to grow back out for 4 months! I said I wanted them done thick and the lady ripped out all of my hair leaving me with super thin eyebrows. Then when I told her they were too thin she had the audacity to tell me that they were medium and they went with my face. She also blew her nose before and after touching my face. I just Sat there in shock. I wouldn't have paid but I was totally in shock of what had just happened. The pregnant lady that helped me was rude she didn't even clean the hair out of my eyes before collecting the money. Now it's going to take months to grow my eyebrows out again and you better believe nobody is going to touch them. stay away!! read more

I was in desperate need to get my eyebrows done and since I'm visiting the area I looked for the nearest threading salon. They charged $15 for eyebrows so I figured they knew what they were doing. I went in at around 1:30pm and they helped me out right away. I told the girl who was helping me that I have spent 3 months growing out my brows and I wanted them to stay thick, I told her to just clean up and give me a very small arch. She basically did my eyebrows in 2 minutes and cut me multiple times and didn't even bother to offer soothing lotion or anything. She made my eyebrows ridiculously thin and shaped them unevenly. When I tried telling her that my eyebrows were nowhere near thick, she gave me attitude and tried to tell me that it's how they're always been. I will never go back to this place and do not recommend anyperson who cares for good brows to go here either. read more

DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!! THEY SCAM YOU!!! charged me too much, put a hole in my brow and then wouldnt give me my money back and lied about expiration dates. Much better places elsewhere... they do not even try to satisfy the costumer. Bad way to run business. read more

If only Yelp allowed a negative rating! The ladies at the store act like they're doing you a favor. Every time I've gone there I've never been greeted whatsoever. TBH I don't really care about that but I do care when I pay someone to do their job and they act like you're disturbing them. They are very harsh and my skin is pink every time I walk out of that store after my threading. Unfortunately I bought their membership and so I had to continue with their services, but once I've used up all of it I am never ever going there. Rude rude and rude! The staff are the most rude people I have ever come across!! First of all I know and understand the language they speak and were clearly saying rude comments about me, which is disgusting to speak about the customer in there face not thinking they understand! Second of all yes always rushed they clearly don't live there job, and just want to rush you out of there! I've been to many places for eyebrow threading and have never been treated so badly! I've given this place several chances now and must give a negative review. I used to be pleased w my eyebrows, but not the last few times. 2 times ago i went in and asked if they still had the 2 threadings for $20 deal and she said yes, so i had it done. At the register i said i wanted to purchase that offer again and the same girl tells me they dont have that anymore. I said i JUST confirmed that with you BEFORE you did my eyebrows. She says she misunderstood but i could buy a $60 package. And she did not honor what she told me 5 minutes prior and charged me $15. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Today it was just quick and rude service....not caring or paying much attention and trying to send me out with uneven brows. They're ALWAYS on their phones and more worried about getting back to that than any kind of customer service or interaction. Today was the last chance out of about 10, and they failed again. Time to find a new place. read more

I've been going here for almost 2 years now. I was always pleased with the way my eyebrows looked after coming here, but that changed about 7 months ago. After a while I started to feel like I was not being valued as a customer. The last few times I went in I felt so rushed, being finished in less than 5 minutes.. Literally 5 minutes. The lady who usually takes care of me which is the middle aged one who is always there, starting making me feel extremely unwelcome. I wasn't even being greeted anymore, she didn't take the time to really take care of me, didn't trim or pluck my eyebrows, didn't even clean around my face with a cotton ball like they usually do. I stopped going but decided to go again, because I thought hey maybe she was just having a bad day.. (Or a bad few months). Going back into that place was the biggest facial care mistake I have ever made. I can't even begin to explain to you how disgusted I felt after leaving. Mind you, after going there for 2 years, leaving a gracious tip every time, and even recommending friends, I suddenly was being treated like my business was of no value. The lady again barely said hi to me and took just a few minutes to get me done not even allowing me to ask her to finish up, then dared to get sassy with me when I didn't want to sign her pointless sign in sheet. Anyone who cannot treat their customers with respect does not deserve to have their business open. I would highly discourage anyone from going here. I give them 0 stars, but I guess yelp makes you give at least 1 star. read more

If I could rate this place negative stars I would. Do not come here. All I need to say is they are rude and very unprofessional. The thin younger girl with the dark hair needs to learn more about customer service. She finishes her threading and says all done while you have bunch of little eyebrow hairs all over your face and eyes and doesn't even bother wiping them away. Like really? You can't offer a Kleenex or something at the very least so i can wipe the stuff of my face? If you don't buy their savings card you get an eye roll from her. Sorry hun but with that attitude and unacceptable customer service you will not be getting a tip. It's funny how she thinks she deserves one by the look on her face when she sees you strike out the tip line. Not worth it. Oh and btw, everytime I have been here I look like I have had the worst allergic reaction of my life with bumps all around my eyebrows. Not cute. So rude. They don't understand/don't care/don't LISTEN to what you want. We are the customers, correct? So do as we say not what you randomly want to. That little incompetent high school girl who works there has no idea what she is talking about. I specifically told her just to clean up the edges, not to cut a lot of my eyebrow away since my eyebrow hair is pretty sparse anyways. She does it quickly...maybe a minute. Then I look at my eyebrow. NOTHING is there. A thin line of hair is left, making my forehead look bald. Be warned, this high school girl will mess your eyebrows up, unless you're going for that no-eyebrow-look. I complain about it-she starts argueing with me, telling me that I'm wrong and that this was the ONLY way she could do my eyebrows. No apology whatsoever. But, no honey I've been here before and no one else has ever done it like this. I made her give me a refund. All of the workers inthere gave me attitude when THEY messed up. No wonder all you people do in there is sit, waiting, HOPING someone who is in dire need of an eyebrow threading happens to walk by; because you will never have customers returning by their own will. The only reason I continue to go here is to use up this membership card. I, as well as family &friends who have bought into your membership will never return. Brow arc sucks!!! Dont ever go there!!! They have the MOST rude staff I have ever seen and they are so unhygienic. Madhavi was the ONLY one who did great job but she doesnt work there anymore. And when you ask for her number, they dont give it to you because they are scared that customers will stop coming to them. But her number is 4158796202. They messed up my entire brows and forced me to buy the membership. They are so pathetic and don't have any manners. They dont even care and listen to you and when you try to tell them, they show you attitude. I am going to report their business. DONT EVER GO THERE. Worse threading service ever. The woman who did my brows was talking very loudly to her colleague at the chair next to me, and was basically yelling into my ear. It was really unpleasant. She also nicked my upper lip because she was rushing. When I was checking out, I obviously did not tip her well, and she just stared at me as I left. Will NEVER EVER GO BACK! read more

I have tried this place on different occasions as it's just convenient from work and because it is one of the few places that use threading instead of waxing. I hope everytime I visit that it would be a positive experience this time, and always have had a negative experience with my eye brows. This is the third time in a row one of the ladies messed up my eye brows and that really pushed me to write a review. Everytime my shape is messed up and they are not very friendly when you mention that it's not done right. They don't even try to fix it and act like it is what it is. They are not very well trained and have poor customer service skills.I don't think I will be visiting it again. read more

Do not waist your time and money here!!!! I have tried this place 4 times hoping each time it might be a better experience, but no luck. Very unprofessional,rude, and most important none of the women know what they are doing. My eyebrows were uneven each time, one thicker than the other. I have had my eyebrows threaded for 5 years now and it has never been as painful as it was here!!! The women even break the string each time. I ended up with a red mark on my skin last time,looked like they took a chunk of skin off. They finished in 3 minutes, no trim and were very rude when I wouldn't buy their cards. I went here today for the second time - mainly because it is in a good location for me. The older blondish lady did my brows the first time and she did a good job eventhough she didn't care much about what wishes I had about my eyebrows that happen to be on my face, not hers. Today utter horror was unleashed upon my face - the thin young girl who wears her jacket all the time as if she is about to grab her keys and go removed my eyebrows for me. Maybe she was trying to be nice since now I need not worry about a stray hair ever again - I have none left. I almost teared up when I saw myself in the mirror. My toddler could have done a better job with a lawnmower on my face. They will grow back, but do avoid this place unless you want a facial brazilian with an extra helping of rude and careless and drive to smooth operations or pretty much anywhere more professional. read more

I go to this place from last 5 years for my eyebrow threading. I always prefer to get it done by Bina as she does the work excellent and efficient. She completes my eyebrows in 3mins without any pain and very quick. she is very friendly and I don't like to get my eyebrows done when she is not there in the store....great job Bina. read more
