I came here for my first time around the holidays. My eyebrow place was closed and my brows were really bad so I gave it a try. The woman threaded into one of my brows and left a chunk and then on the other brow didn't do much of anything????!!!!!!!! This was my first time going to this one. The people that work here a professional and very friendly. I was fortunate to have Neelam thread my brows for me. She asked me questions on how I wanted my brows to look and I had a full face of makeup on and she was said I didn't have to take my brow makeup off but I said it was okay. She did a great job shaping them and trimming them. And they follow the same shape that I draw them on with makeup. She's fast and I will be coming back! Thanks ladies. read more

I don't typically bash businesses and I won't start now. I'm simply leaving my review and experience that I had here and this has never happened to me and I'm comfortable enough to go to different threading places and not have to worry but I went to Brow Arc this past Monday and my stylist did not ask how I would like my brows I had to let her know, they did not put down a sheet for the head rest for sanitation and to top it off she cut me near my eye with the thread (FYI for first time threaders the thread should never rip/break.) I didn't realize it until after walking away because my around my eyes are typically red after I get my brows threaded then I saw the scabbing begin. The price was decent but the service and customer service was poor I'd much rather pay the same amount for my lady next to the 99 cent store. Just because a place looks fancy doesn't mean you'll get the best work. read more

I spontaneously walked into Brow Arc at the Tyler Mall while returning some items across from the store and proceeded to sign in on their sign-in sheet. There was no long wait, really. I already had brow gel on my eyebrows that day and let her know that I applied makeup before going in just so you can have your bare eyebrows for her to work on. They have make up remover on the spot in these kinds of cases. As I expressed what I wanted, she was really patient and thoughtful as to how I wanted my eyebrows shaped and cleaned. To me, she didn't rush with her job even with the line of people building up. What was really nice was that after she had finished, she had forgot a patch of hair on my right left eyebrow and caught her mistake while fixing it with ease. As an avid brow-threading customer, I was really pleased at how one of the sweet, professional ladies treated me the whole entire time. To me, customer service is what matters the most. By the way, I got my eyebrow threading service for $7...typically the average amount people pay for these services. read more

As much I want to rate this place 5 stars for the friendly staff and clean environment, the place is a bit pricey compared to other studios I've been to in the past which is why I'm giving it 4 stars (but hey my review might change in the future). I recommend Neelam--she is ma girl! and the only person I trust for my brows. Never disappoints...doesn't rush through my brows like some threaders do and makes sure to get every little baby hair. I always leave happy with a perfect brow arch haha and no visible cut marks the next day! yes!! I've been coming here for a few months to get my brows done and I usually go to Adrian, but it seems like she is no longer there. The last two times I went there was only one lady doing brows and although she is good, I don't think it's worth the hour wait. They need to add more specialist so that they can capitalize on all the clients coming in. I usually wouldn't wait an hour but I'm going out of town tomorrow and my second place to go to is in rancho. If they don't increase their employees soon they will be losing all their business. Great prices, and very friendly service. The gal that helped me was young and had great brows herself. I'm bummed that I can't remember her name though! She fixed my botched brows and gave me advice on growing out a bit to help me achieve my desired look. Only bummer is she cut me, twice. I have two little scabs in my right lid, and one on my left... I went in today and I had to leave crying because the way Nina left my eyebrows. I came in with my eyebrows grown out and asked that they be cleaned up. She decided to do her own thing and add an unnecessary arch on only one of my eyebrows. I was mortified to look in the mirror and had to tell her my eyebrows were completely different. She tried to match my eyebrows as best as she could but there was no turning back on what she had done. I started crying midway in shock of what she did. I didn't even want her to finish honestly but I had no choice to try to get them fixed. I cried in the chair and couldn't even believe she left me cut too. I was so embarrassed with her work and can't wait until they grow back. I will not be returning and do not encourage others to come. read more

When you work in customer service you're aware of how stores should treat you. I go in to brow arc well I (tried) to go in and get a service done, just an eyebrow cleanup about 15 min before closing and they completely turn me around and tell me they cannot help me because they are "closed" at this point I was furious because their store still had wide open doors and if you're "closed" doors wouldn't be open. I then ask them at what time they closed they said 9pm and it was 8:45. I then notice that they're counting the register while their doors are still wide open for business. Their attitude was the worse and one of them was the manger. I will NEVER be coming into this place EVER AGAIN!! Their names were MARYAM and I think BERLIN. They were both very rude and sarcastic. read more

I needed to get my eyebrows done badly and they just happened to be in close proximity. I got there and they were seated and their entire vibe was stand off-ish. Went to sit down and as soon as she went to work, all I felt was complete PAIN!! I have NEVER had any pain when getting my eyebrows threaded. And the lady burped in my face, and I smelt her disgusting breath. Her name was Naleem, or something along those lines. I still paid for the service that was done but it never coming back here again. I can't believe the owner allows these kind of workers who have no idea what they are doing. And just to ensure this woman who felt that it was okay to burp in my face gets reprimanded I was there on 7/27/17 at 7:20pm to 7:3opm. And there was only two woman there. read more

I literally only come here for my brows. I love the way Bharti does them! She is my favorite and I always call ahead to make sure she is working when I need to go in. She will tell you how to improve the shape or where you need to grow a little bit of hair to get the results you desire! I don't trust any other shop with my brows. Today was my first time there and I was not happy with the results! They took out a little piece of my eyebrow!! I also told the lady "I want them clean and thick, please." And she did them thin! I do not recommend coming here but I also believe the reason why she did my eyebrows like this is because it was in the last 30 mins before the store was closing and there were other people waiting.. My sister got her eyebrows done and it looked terrible. One was completely thinner and straighter than the other. That eyebrow was also very uneven on the top, and now she has to buy new eyebrow makeup to make it look natural. It was not professional and she is still regretting the fact that she got her eyebrows done. I don't like how they do not ask how you would like your eyebrows to be. They just had her sit and the lady started right away. Not good customer service in my opinion. Do not go here. I have heard of many places that do eyebrows wonderfully, so we will be getting them done elsewhere. Edit - I also notice that there's a worker who has been replying to reviews since 2014. I was once standing outside of brow arc thinking it was too expensive because how it looks from the outside. I was outside with my friends looking for house of beauty and that's when Maryam came out and asked us if we were interested. She explained everything thoroughly and we found that the prices were even better than we expected! She took care of me that night and threaded my eyebrows. I seriously haven't had anyone do my eyebrows since. It's been since September and I ONLY go to Mary for my brows. She's amazing at what she does! My eyebrows are generally thin and bunched. Like a short caterpillar. She managed to make them look sooooo much thicker and elongated than what they were in the best of ways. Some sessions I want a more thinned out shape and she knows how to adjust it. She takes it one hair at a time when she adjusts because she really takes this seriously like an art. Scratch that. It's like magic! I want everyone to come and see her. I call ahead of time to see when she is working. She worked Friday evenings back then but I think she works Saturday now.
