They ultimately did not arrive until 7 p.m. Once on-site, they quoted $500 for removal, offering only a $25 discount. The job itself took less than 10 minutes. Overall, the experience was very disappointing due to the lack of communication, long delays, and high pricing for the work performed. I would not recommend their services.
