Placed a quick online order for pickup and was in and out in under 10 minutes. Had a little look around while my order was being retrieved and kept things moving. Super convenient since I'm always on the go for work. Love the store's setup - one way in, one way out (watch out for that in the parking lot, haha!). Store was clean, organized, and had a wide selection. Can't wait to come back and browse longer! Picked up some sights for the range and a heavier buffer weight for a rifle I've been working on Thanks, Aim Surplus!

I grew up in the area coming here. Boy how times have changed. Do yourself a favor and go amywhere…read moreelse, especially for online orders / FFL transfers. Rude, unhappy staff. Took 3 days to "check in" my online order after it arrived. Were extremely rude and short with me when I called and would only repeat "we will call you when its ready" over and over. So you would think that just means they were really busy and backed up right? Wrong. You go into the store and there is barely anything on the shelves and no one there like it's abandoned or about to go out of business. Two grumpy employees sitting around and acting superior to anyone who makes the mistake of coming in. You try to be friendly and joke around with them to lighten to mood and they just miserably stare at you like you are an inconvenience for being there. I can confidently say I will never step foot back in this store or spend another dime there. What a shame, first range my dad ever took me to over 20 years ago.

When I picked it up, it contained one correct magazine and one completely wrong magazine for an entirely different gun. When I called to have this rectified, the owner was incredibly flippant, basically said "what am I supposed to do about it" and tried to hide behind an "as is" excuse for his own failure to verify his inventory. To make matters worse, he gave me the runaround--telling me to call back on a specific day because he was "too busy," only to leave the shop early when I did, since he's so hard to get in touch with I left my number for him to call me and still haven't heard anything. Taking nearly $700 of a customer's money and then dodging calls over a missing $40 accessory is a pathetic business practice. Buyers beware: they do not verify what they sell, and they will completely ghost you if there is an issue. Avoid this business.

Safe, Clean and Explosively Fun!!…read more I'm going to "bullet" this one: * Safe atmosphere. They go above and beyond with their safety and I've never had an issue here. * They have all the targets you can choose from and they're inexpensive. * Plenty of rental handguns and/or rifles to choose from. * Team members and knowledgeable and just nice. Not condescending or over-the-top like some places. They don't walk around with their overly visible side-arms, extra mags, pocket knife, etc. as visible as possible while they are "police posturing" and delivering their absolute expertise in all things firearms to anyone who walks by them, throughout their whole shift. (you know what I mean and you know who you are) * Clean. The store, the range, the classrooms, the parking lot, the bathrooms. Clean. * Great program offerings. I took my CCW there a number of years ago and it was great. I had a really good time with the instructor and the rest of the class. Thorough and very informative. * The store has a lot to offer. I've only purchased on handgun from Range USA (different location) and I can say that the price was comparable and fair. Would I go back? I would and I would highly recommend. I don't go as much because I had a different company open a nice range less than 5 minutes from my house. Range USA is about 30 minutes from me. But I will say this - I've been to 3 or 4 Range USA locations. They have all been great and I would highly recommend.
