I purchased a firearm from Lighthouse Gunsmith LLC that was explicitly listed as including two magazines. When I picked it up, it contained one correct magazine and one completely wrong magazine for an entirely different gun. When I called to have this rectified, the owner was incredibly flippant, basically said "what am I supposed to do about it" and tried to hide behind an "as is" excuse for his own failure to verify his inventory. To make matters worse, he gave me the runaround--telling me to call back on a specific day because he was "too busy," only to leave the shop early when I did, since he's so hard to get in touch with I left my number for him to call me and still haven't heard anything. Taking nearly $700 of a customer's money and then dodging calls over a missing $40 accessory is a pathetic business practice. Buyers beware: they do not verify what they sell, and they will completely ghost you if there is an issue. Avoid this business. read more

Several months for a repair and parts were supplied from another dealer with the revolver. No communications and no progress when I call its always another week or so. Hopefully the work is good. read more

Odd that the pervious post/review was from someone in San Francisco? This use to be Gary's Guns. My twins boys grew up calling him "Uncle Gary" and I've purchased many firearms in the past from him. Unfortunately, Gary passed away a few years ago. I've also purchased a few firearms from the new owner. I wouldn't have purchased if I thought the price wasn't fair. Also, I just had their gunsmith work on a 50BMG target rifle for me. I thought the quality of work was outstanding, price more than fair and delivery in a FEW DAYS not weeks or months. I'm going to have them do more gunsmithing for me and will purchase again if I find something I like at a good price! This is a small gun shop/gunsmith. They need our support! If you want Walmart pricing or your UTG stuff cheap, go elsewhere! read more

I've always liked this place. They sell good products, have excellent customer service and offer a variety of gunsmith type services. Great place to stop in if you have questions about buying your first gun too. The staff all seem very knowledgable and passionate about what they do. read more

This store is very over priced on everything there ammo is double what you find elsewhere . The AR15 they build is built from the cheapest stuff on the market and try to sell them for above top dollar price there guns they sell are 75 to 150 dollars over other stores and the worst customer service and very rude and unprofessional don't waste your time or money go elsewhere read more
