In the shop I was told that I would get a phone call to give me an estimate when he got a chance to look over it. They never called to give an estimate. When I dropped my gun off I also left the new sights that I'd bought online. They came in a bag with all the tools and manuals with them. This bag - and my old sights - were thrown away. We then chose a 9mm GLOCK for the gun rental, 200 rounds of 9mm 115 grain Luger ammunition, and a silhouette target. I provided "eyes & ears" for each of us. Total for all this and 2 hours of range time was approximately ~$120. My friend paid because I wasn't shooting, just coaching. My friends HAD A BLAST and REALLY ENJOYED learning how to shoot a pistol. Neither had experience with a pistol before and soon they were "all in the black" on a target ~10 feet downrange. From the woman by the ammo/rental counter to the 3-4 guys by the firearms (sorry I do not recall names but I mostly interacted with Hans). All the questions I asked were answered. All the questions I didn't know I had, were answered as well. They took the time to help my wife who had questions as well looking for a firearm of her own. Fast forward, I placed a few orders and within a week the firearms were ready for pickup. I went in, did the background check, and was out of there in under 20 minutes with the firearms in hand. I have not used their range yet or taken any of their classes (I will be doing both) but so far, I have nothing but good things to say about Target World.

Went up to pick up the rifle in May and they tried to charge me $22 for a paperwork fee. I told them their system was broke and needed correcting and she called me rude. I apologized and refused to pay them. Do not take any weapons to have them fixed or you may get screwed. They do not know what customer service is - worse gun shop ever!
