When I called to have this rectified, the owner was incredibly flippant, basically said "what am I supposed to do about it" and tried to hide behind an "as is" excuse for his own failure to verify his inventory. To make matters worse, he gave me the runaround--telling me to call back on a specific day because he was "too busy," only to leave the shop early when I did, since he's so hard to get in touch with I left my number for him to call me and still haven't heard anything. Taking nearly $700 of a customer's money and then dodging calls over a missing $40 accessory is a pathetic business practice. Buyers beware: they do not verify what they sell, and they will completely ghost you if there is an issue. Avoid this business.

When I asked if he could help me understand why he'd triple his price for such a small repair, he said, "Maybe we used the laser." When I asked what that meant and if that would be the case if the same thing were to happen again, he said, "Cash or card?" I felt dismissed and taken advantage of.
