I have driven by numerous times always thinking that I should stop in and check it out. Well, today I finally did and was sorely disappointed. I went in with my young daughter. There were two employees in the store and two customers. Neither employee said a word to us though it's a small store and they were both close to the door when we walked in. We perused the gun cases for a few minutes, still nothing. I made eye contact with one employee while he was talking to the other customers. As someone unfamiliar with guns, walking into a gun store can be intimidating. Yet here, the staff made me feel entirely at ease. I was treated with the utmost respect and patience. I was shown numerous pistols to view and compare. There was no rush in making my selection and all of my questions were thoroughly answered. It was a difficult choice but he suggested that I dry shoot and handle all the guns I was interested in. This ultimately helped me understand the best fix for me and my needs. I needed some barrel work done on my 10/22. Of course the front iron sight is machined into it. That certainly didn't stop the guys here from coming up with a solution. It took about four hours, they called when they were finished. Barrel shortened, threaded and my original iron sight was machined out and then welded to the shortened barrel. Stupidly professional, seems they will think outside the box. Keep everything legal. I highly recommend this company for any serious gun smithing you might need. read more

I have been to this store 5x, twice to have work done. They are a GREAT bunch of guys who know their stuff and have very reasonable prices. I had them do some repairs on my Colt AR-10 and my Snake Charmer, both repairs were done perfectly, earlier then quoted and the fee was very reasonable. I recently bought an Armalite M-15 LTC from Brothers in Arms and I was completely satisfied with my purchase from them. A few days before I purchased it I called and asked if they carry it in store. They said no but they would be more than happy to order it for me. I also asked if they would price match another price that I found online, and not only did they match it, but they offered to beat it by $25 if I paid in cash or debit. I was ecstatic about that offer and took it immediately. The gun came in a day later than what they told me to expect, but that doesn't knock anything off of their 5 star rating. Man working today was honestly kind of a d**k.. when we walked in he didn't even acknowledge my husband or I. He spoke to the only other customer in the store and after still didn't ask what we came in for. We came in to sell a gun and he was rude the entire time and wouldn't even give us an answer. We stood around for about 20 minutes waiting to hear back from him be he was no where to be found so we left. he left us completely unattended in the store with the front door wide open and guns out unsecured... super poor customer service. As I write this I am still disappointed of what I just experienced. I have bought numerous guns and silencers from this shop. My son went into the store and bought a rifle that was on display and paid the price it was marked. I went 2 days later and they had the same gun coming a day later. I specifically asked the owner if it was the same price that my son paid for his and he assured me it was and that the gun already had my name on it. Went to pick up my gun and the price of the gun was now more expensive. They called the owner and he said that someone had marked it incorrectly and wouldn't even consider honoring the price HE assured me it was a day before. I will no longer do business with someone I can't trust. Not only will you lose one customer, you will lose more. These guys treat you as a valued customer and offer prices that are hard to beat. They take their time with customers and are happy to educate anyone who needs it. Buy a part and they'll install it. Looking for something they don't have? They'll order it for you at a great price. NFA items? They have what you need and know their stuff. Come in with a problem and they'll diagnose and repair it. I only discovered these guys about 18 months ago but they had a loyal customer immediately. The attorney who wrote my NFA trust recommended them so I stopped in. I can honestly say that I haven't purchased a firearm from anyone else since then. The folks at McBride's should stop by and see what customer service looks like. I bought my first suppressor the other day. Not only were they friendly and knowledgeable but they went WAY out of their to help me. I changed colors and people on my Gun Trust. This meant they had to spend extra hours making sure my order was right without extra pay. Not only did they do this but they did it with a helpful and gracious attitude. These guys are 100% legitimate. I came here after being given the run around by McBrides when trying to order a rifle. The guys at Brothers in Arms not only got one ordered by they got it for me in a timely fashion and weren't rude or unprofessional when I would call in for updates on my shipment unlike those dick heads at McBrides. I also needed a QD mount for my rifle but Brothers in Arms didn't have any in stock and instead took one off of a buttstock they were selling and sold me the mount from it. Which just goes to show that these guys will do whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction. The guys at Brothers in Arms are a cut above the rest which really makes them stand out from everyone else.
