The best gun shop in town! Brad and Rob are highly qualified and knowledgeable. I have had several upgrades done to my rifles and some pistol work. All turned out great. Whatever you need, they can help you with. They are easy to talk to and have great ideas. read more

I have driven by numerous times always thinking that I should stop in and check it out. Well, today I finally did and was sorely disappointed. I went in with my young daughter. There were two employees in the store and two customers. Neither employee said a word to us though it's a small store and they were both close to the door when we walked in. We perused the gun cases for a few minutes, still nothing. I made eye contact with one employee while he was talking to the other customers. When he finished talking, he continued to go about his business and ignore us. We left and took our business directly to another gun store where we received great customer service. read more

I did a lot of research before picking where I wanted to consider buying my firearm. Brothers in Arms had a lot of great reviews and since they were in Cedar Creek, supporting my local businesses is always a bonus. My sales man was awesome! He spent a few hours with me going through a huge selection of firearms and was very knowledgeable. Helped me narrow down what I was looking for and long story short, purchased a firearm! They will be my go to from now on - stop by and give them a try, you won't be disappointed! read more

This gun store is by far the best I've been to, great customer service and amazing prices! Always have ammo and tons of accessories. I was a customer of elite guns and reds but will no longer be returning as Brothers In Arms has blown them out of the water repeatedly. It is a bit of a drive from central Austin but is worth it! Check them out you will not regret it!! read more

I'm writing this review after having just purchased my first pistol from Brother In Arms. My experience was nothing short of exemplary!! As someone unfamiliar with guns, walking into a gun store can be intimidating. Yet here, the staff made me feel entirely at ease. I was treated with the utmost respect and patience. I was shown numerous pistols to view and compare. There was no rush in making my selection and all of my questions were thoroughly answered. It was a difficult choice but he suggested that I dry shoot and handle all the guns I was interested in. This ultimately helped me understand the best fix for me and my needs. Overall, I felt my staff associate truly cares for his clients shared a love for his job. My final choice, a Glock 17- 5th gen, was a perfect gun for a novice like me. For me Brother In Arms earned my highest recommendation! read more

Terrific experience. They use social media to let you know what's available. You can tell they're working hard to bring in the variety of firearms that will meet the customers' interest and needs. They make it simple to put a "24 hour hold" on your weapon of choice. Stop in, do the paperwork, and pay ... you're walking out the door with exactly what you expected. I'm pleased with the professionalism and customer service, the knowledge and experience, and the opportunity to buy local. Can't recommend them enough. read more

I needed some barrel work done on my 10/22. Of course the front iron sight is machined into it. That certainly didn't stop the guys here from coming up with a solution. It took about four hours, they called when they were finished. Barrel shortened, threaded and my original iron sight was machined out and then welded to the shortened barrel. Stupidly professional, seems they will think outside the box. Keep everything legal. I highly recommend this company for any serious gun smithing you might need. read more

Great selection even during these times. Very fair prices. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond to help you find and figure out what you need. Everything from optics, to long guns, pistols, suppressors, speciality weapons, and accessories. These guys got you covered! read more

I have been to this store 5x, twice to have work done. They are a GREAT bunch of guys who know their stuff and have very reasonable prices. I had them do some repairs on my Colt AR-10 and my Snake Charmer, both repairs were done perfectly, earlier then quoted and the fee was very reasonable. They have a great selection of firearms/ammo and do awesome custom work. They are clearly experts and make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommended...I will be using them any work. read more

This store and the customer service continue to exceed expectations. Their prices are flat out the best I've found in this area! The only thing better than their prices is the customer service. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly take the time to listen to their customers to find out what they need. I'm glad several of my friends have started using the store as well. read more

I recently bought an Armalite M-15 LTC from Brothers in Arms and I was completely satisfied with my purchase from them. A few days before I purchased it I called and asked if they carry it in store. They said no but they would be more than happy to order it for me. I also asked if they would price match another price that I found online, and not only did they match it, but they offered to beat it by $25 if I paid in cash or debit. I was ecstatic about that offer and took it immediately. The gun came in a day later than what they told me to expect, but that doesn't knock anything off of their 5 star rating. I will be returning to buy my optic from there, and most likely plenty more guns. Great job & great business. read more

Great people and great prices! One of the best gun stores in Texas. A must shop gun store!

Man working today was honestly kind of a d**k.. when we walked in he didn't even acknowledge my husband or I. He spoke to the only other customer in the store and after still didn't ask what we came in for. We came in to sell a gun and he was rude the entire time and wouldn't even give us an answer. We stood around for about 20 minutes waiting to hear back from him be he was no where to be found so we left. he left us completely unattended in the store with the front door wide open and guns out unsecured... super poor customer service. Honestly felt like he just didn't want to help us at all. read more

Best local gun store. Prices are as good as you will find anywhere, including online searches. Nice selection of quality firearms, optics, and accessories. read more

As I write this I am still disappointed of what I just experienced. I have bought numerous guns and silencers from this shop. My son went into the store and bought a rifle that was on display and paid the price it was marked. I went 2 days later and they had the same gun coming a day later. I specifically asked the owner if it was the same price that my son paid for his and he assured me it was and that the gun already had my name on it. Went to pick up my gun and the price of the gun was now more expensive. They called the owner and he said that someone had marked it incorrectly and wouldn't even consider honoring the price HE assured me it was a day before. I will no longer do business with someone I can't trust. Not only will you lose one customer, you will lose more. I have sent multiple people to your shop and I guaranty they will know how I was treated. read more

I really love coming here. It is owned by combat veterans so they are extremely knowlegable and experienced, yet down to earth. When I first became interested in guns they took the time to educate me and help me find the perfect piece. It has been a few years and my husband and I have purchased several guns from here, and even sold a few. They were more than fair in giving us great trade in values. We are always satisfied when we leave Brothers In Arms. Well worth the drive! read more

Went in for the first time last week needing to order a gift. The staff was very knowledgeable and they seemed to really enjoy their workplace. Prices are very fair and got me exactly what I asked for and even recommended them to a friend and he had the same result. Long story short these guys are good at what they do and I highly recommend them! read more

This isn't your ordinary gun store. Many places treat you as a suspect rather than a customer. Most have prices you can easily beat by purchasing online. These guys treat you as a valued customer and offer prices that are hard to beat. They take their time with customers and are happy to educate anyone who needs it. Buy a part and they'll install it. Looking for something they don't have? They'll order it for you at a great price. NFA items? They have what you need and know their stuff. Come in with a problem and they'll diagnose and repair it. I only discovered these guys about 18 months ago but they had a loyal customer immediately. The attorney who wrote my NFA trust recommended them so I stopped in. I can honestly say that I haven't purchased a firearm from anyone else since then. The folks at McBride's should stop by and see what customer service looks like. If you're within driving distance, you should stop by. read more

The selection is awesome and the service is even better. I love that it is owned by veterans that are providing excellent weapons are amazing prices. They were the only dealer to have Daniel Defense M4A1 and didn't even gouge me on the price like some other dealers were doing around town read more

I was looking for a Kahr P380 when nobody had them in stock. I visited another local shop first and got the run around. They found me one and gave me a reasonable price. They had it in in a couple of days. They are straight up with you. read more

Good prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff. What else are you going to ask for? The only down side I suppose is that there are only two bros working the shop and sometimes it can get quite busy there. People need their guns and other goods apparently. To be fair, it was father's day weekend. read more

I bought my first suppressor the other day. Not only were they friendly and knowledgeable but they went WAY out of their to help me. I changed colors and people on my Gun Trust. This meant they had to spend extra hours making sure my order was right without extra pay. Not only did they do this but they did it with a helpful and gracious attitude. They are 45 minutes from my house and I will gladly make the drive every time to give them all of my business. It's hard to find this kind of help in today's world! read more

Best shop around, hands down. More options in stock (all the parts you need for your custom builds), best prices, and by far the best people to work with. I have been to every shop in the Austin area, and no one compares. read more

I can't say enough good things about this business or it's owners. I have made many purchases through them and have always been given a fair deal even when they have had to order what I wanted. Both owners have always taken their time to sit down with me and discuss what I wanted and how would be best to get it. They are always ready and willing to share their knowledge and give great advice. I would and have recommended them to all my friends, they are the only gun shop that I will do business with now and in the future. I went in a while back and wanted to order a weapon and upon hearing what I wanted they suggested a different weapon that had everything that I wanted plus features that the one I was looking at didn't have and was priced cheaper than what I had been looking at, that showed me that they were more concerned about giving me the best product available than just taking my money and moving on. You will never go wrong doing business with them and will always be treated fairly. read more

These guys are 100% legitimate. I came here after being given the run around by McBrides when trying to order a rifle. The guys at Brothers in Arms not only got one ordered by they got it for me in a timely fashion and weren't rude or unprofessional when I would call in for updates on my shipment unlike those dick heads at McBrides. I also needed a QD mount for my rifle but Brothers in Arms didn't have any in stock and instead took one off of a buttstock they were selling and sold me the mount from it. Which just goes to show that these guys will do whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction. The guys at Brothers in Arms are a cut above the rest which really makes them stand out from everyone else. Brothers in Arms runs fucking circles around all the other gun shops in town especially those dipshits at McBrides. I definitely look forward to continue doing business with these guys. Nothing but 100% satisfaction here. Keep it up you, fellas! Thanks for the V3!!! read more
