There is always something problematic which comes up with home projects, and it was great that Brothers was able to make everything right without a hassle. I kind of figured they'd come right out and fix it since it's so new. Nope. I was told there's a one year warranty and so they charge for repairs. I'm a little appalled they weren't more interested in standing by their work. I spoke to the store owner who said maybe it was a dog who created the problem. In all fairness the previous owners did have a dog, but we don't see any other issues that dog caused so I'm doubtful. It's also gotten significantly worse since we moved in and we don't have a dog. I'm giving 2 stars since the rest of the flooring looks good, but just beware that if their installation doesn't stand the test of time (fairly minimal time as homeownership goes), you're likely on your own.
