After conducting a lot of research on reputable roofing companies (Angi, BBB, other reputation…read moresocial media) I chose to contact Kaiser Siding and Roofing. I was looking for a roofing expert who knew how to navigate damage claims with professionalism and integrity, and it appeared Kaiser garnered that reputation. I was connected with Dennis Roady, who is an absolute professional and superb communicator. Dennis was so incredibly thorough and knowledgeable when it came to assessing exterior damage that was leading to spotting in my interior. He was meticulous in his documentation, roof marking and picture/video evidence. From start to finish, he was honest and trustworthy. It also helped that he is very personable and has an excellent sense of humor. I was extremely pleased with my experience, and communication with my insurance company was partially so easy because of how professional, thorough, objective, and responsive Dennis and Kaiser presented. It almost seemed like my insurance company respected them because they had dealt with them several times in the past and knew how they operated, and that was very reassuring to me with the many anxieties that can accompany a sizable insurance claim and extensive home repair. There were so many moving parts with exterior and interior work, and Dennis handled the project management flawlessly. If you're looking for someone you can trust to offer you honesty and thoroughness, call Kaiser and ask for Dennis Roady.

In my case, the work was left incomplete and caused additional problems in the home, including unfinished areas, damage that was not repaired, and issues with electrical work that did not pass inspection multiple times. I also had difficulty reaching the contractor afterward, which made the situation even more stressful. Based on my personal experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution."

We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, and after spending some time looking over reviews and investigating different options, I landed on XSI Disaster services. He put a plan in place, stayed in contact with both me and my insurance company, and remained honest and ethical throughout the entire process. Austin was also incredibly kind and went out of his way to take care of us. From securing the contractors, mitigating the water damage, and to CLEANING UP EVERY LAST BIT OF DRYWALL DUST (this is huge to me), Greg and Austin made sure we were happy and felt good about each step of the process. I would highly recommend this team. They helped to correct a chaotic situation and got us back to normal quickly and easily.

We met with Dale and Jerry twice within three months regarding a hidden water pipe bursting behind a wall that caused a mold issue in the basement that had been poorly remediated by another company. From the very first meeting, Dale and Jerry stood out immediately from other companies contacted that came out to access. Their professionalism and deep industry knowledge were clear from the start. They were prompt, reliable, personal and incredibly thorough in their assessment and taking time to listen, assess the damage carefully, and explain what needed to be done to PROPERLY remediate and resolve the problem. What truly set them apart was their genuine care and concern for our family's safety and well-being. Dale and Jerry's top priority was not just completing the job, it was making sure the house and our contents are safe, healthy, and fully protected. They didn't rush through the estimate or suggest a "quick fix" or "touch up" job to resolve the issue. Instead, they walked us through their findings, detailed the remediation plan step by step, explaining the containment process, the products they'd use (and why), and even pointing out where shortcuts had been taken from a previous company that came to remediate the problem who's work fell short in many areas even with storing our contents in areas causing cross-contamination. That level of openness and care is rare. Their pricing was fair, and their approach was rooted in doing the job CORRECTLY--not just quickly. Although remediation has not yet moved forward, our experience with Dale and Jerry left a lasting impression. It's rare to meet professionals who combine such technical expertise with true integrity and care. Based on our interactions alone, I would not hesitate to recommend Safer Building Solutions LLC to anyone looking for a company they can trust and for peace of mind.
