Unfortunately, by that time it had saturated the subfloor around the toilet. The plumber that fixed the leak recommended another company that immediately went for the big insurance payout. So, I said no thank you and checked reviews on several companies before settling on Flood-X. Jason got us set up immediately and we had someone at the house the next day. For thousands less, and no insurance claim, Flood-X was able to dry our subfloor completely. They even gave us the equipment for 3 extra days after the initial 3 days of drying had only yielded a 10% decrease in moisture.
