This is an interesting place that could easily be missed but definitely worth checking out! We went on a Sunday and while we were the only people there for a while, their carry out service was busy the entire time. It meant we had a lot of attention and were treated very well. The room has a quirky look with a fountain in the middle. It's a fun funky vibe that I liked. The food was fast, hot and very good. We ordered two pizzas, lobster ravioli and rolls. It was all gone with zero complaints! We will gladly come back for another visit- so many options on the menu with trying! read more

They think "tuscan" means spicy hot. Tuscan means herbal, not spicy! They should check what adjectives they use to describe their menu items. This is misleading when you are ordering. If I want spicy, I'll order mexican! read more

Their pizza and subs I have had are delicious as well as fried pickles and fries. The service is always good. The decor is confusing but the food is what I'm there for. Mostly to go orders including me. read more

Best Italian food at a great price! We have been going for years. I hate that we are moving. The subs and lasagna are favorites.

We have been ordering from Brother's Encore for the past 5 years. Quattro Gusti pizza has been our favorite. Tonight, ordered chicken piccata, gusto pizza, quarto, fried pickles, and cheese pizza for family. Unfortunately the chicken piccata tasted like caper juice with a stick a butter and all seasoning was salt (food was incredibly salty). The Quattro Gusti pizza missing several ingredients. All items were incredibly salty (feels like their only seasoning is lots and lots of salt these days). Horrible salt and butter after taste (with a hint of caper juice, no capers) on the chicken piccata. Menu is still great. Execution took a nose dive and food now tastes horrible. I hope quality turns around. read more

We love Brother's Encore. Been coming here for years. Friendly service, good food, pleasant atmosphere. I've never been to the bar side, as I usually go there with my family during lunch hours, so can't judge that part of the business. read more

The atmosphere is warm & inviting. The servers have always been friendly & knowledgeable. The food is amazing!

Great food, exceptional service, and a really nice atmosphere. The lunch special is an amazing deal!

Great pizza for take out, and nice spot for lunch. They are able to serve groups of 8-10 easily. Menu includes a variety to please everyone.

This place was recommended by people who like to socialize; so I sat at the bar to have dinner and a drink. I did not care for the crowd, so I only ordered food. The ambiance from the bar area was a little too dark for me; and the music was not universal. It was too loud, and harsh. I ordered fish, shrimps, and fries. The fries were good, but the shrimps were not. I did not bother to taste the cod fish, too much batter. read more

This place is consistent. The food and customer service are always good. I like their pasta dishes as much as their pizza. We typically eat there, and the giant fountain always surprises me. Like I forget that it's there. And we always HAVE to get the garlic knots. That marinara sauce is so fresh! read more

We've been here on multiple occasions enjoying a variety of different types of entrees, from pizza to different pasta options. Overall, this place is not bad. Like most places around the area, it's a little overpriced, so be prepared to pay close to $100 for a party of four or more; however, it's honestly not bad food. The ambiance of the restaurant is transportive with mirrors everywhere and a large fountain in the middle. The interior helps to position you in a faraway land that is not in Virginia. In conclusion, this is a nice little place to take friends and family. The prices are a little high, however, everything is in this area. The food is good and the portions are generous. Additionally, the wine selection is wide. Go and try it out for yourself. Enjoy! read more

Take Out: Great pizza; kid approved too. We got the 2XL one topping deal and added garlic knots. They are the perfect add on; soft and perfectly seasoned. Pizzas were hot out of the oven and the right balance of sauce/cheese/dough, in our opinion. Give them a try. read more

I like Brothers. Aw man. It's sooo good. I want to eat it everyday! the spaghetti is my personal favorite it has smooth tasty sauce. YUM! Ian and Sandy are the best - tell them momma E sent you. read more

Brother's Encore - Italian Near Me - Montclair, Virginia

Why no senior citizen discounts? Why?????? Pizza quality is inconsistent. Too much crust, not enough sauce.

Excellent NY style pizza! Hard to find decent pizza around here, with fresh toppings and in a NY style. Brother's Encore does a fine job! Better than anyone else in the area! My faves are their version of a supreme (forget what it's called) and just a plain cheese. Friendly service too! Check em out! read more

Good service and consistently good food especially the pizza. Portions are always enough to share. read more

Picked up our granddaughter at BWI for a visit, and went for a relatively late, dependable dining experience. As a preface, we've been regulars since it opened, and it's uniformly friendly, reasonably priced, and a nice family dining experience. Our entrees were good tonight, and our server tried to be attentive, and was unfailingly polite. The problem was the appetizer: fried mushrooms. We go here because they're hard to find, and they're usually excellent. Tonight, they were badly overcooked. Practically carbonized. No wonder they took so long to arrive, even though we ordered them with our drinks. Of course, we weren't charged for them, but neither did a manager appear to apologize. I don't know if it's a management or a cook problem, or maybe both. But it was disappointing in a place that I'd usually give a much higher rating. read more

Always a good place to go for quality food at a reasonable price. Kind staff and overall nice place to go.

Excellent food that is not over priced and wonderful service. Great ambiance with beautiful Italian decor.

The food was delicious as always, the server was most pleasant and very professional. The restaurant was appealing and clean. Let's keep everything the same and don't change a thing. Kind Regards, Jim Hoover "Gunny" USMC read more

Just moved to the area and was in need of a beer and some food. Met Ian, the bartender, who was extremely friendly and informative. Got me on the steak and cheese sub, which was phenomenal. Ian told me it's the locals' joint and I can see why. I'll be happy to call it my new hangout as well. read more

THE BEST PIZZA ANYWHERE!! I have died and gone to heaven. Thin, crispy crust, perfect tomato sauce, delicious cheese. The best New York Style pizza in this entire area, hands down. No comparison. We also had pasta dishes there, and bread - all wonderful. I LOVE this place! My go-to pizza place forever. read more

Brother's Encore - Delicious penne with shrimp ala vodka creme sauce. The pizza was also THE BEST ever! - Italian Near Me - Montclair, Virginia

Deliciousness - 3/5 Happiness - 5/5 I have to admit that the atmosphere here is so great that it always makes me happy. The bartender (who has dyed red hair) is always very nice and welcoming. She somehow manages to engage the customers while taking orders, making drinks, and keeping things clean. The people here are always really approachable. Every time I've gone, there's been lively discussion and my personal favorite, commentary on the songs being played over the jukebox. I highly recommend getting mixed drinks here. They make them very strong for a very reasonable price. They have a small beer and wine selection, but the liquor drinks are the true star of the show here. This is also a place for the classics - don't expect a lot of the new-age type things (like drinks with egg whites or liquors you've never heard of). The food is decent. I've been impressed with the pizza, especially since you can get custom-built toppings on slices. I recently had the meatball sub (it's tough to find all-beef meatballs) and was a bit disappointed. The meatballs really needed more sauce and were a little on the rubbery side. But it is certainly passable bar food. The bottom line is if you are looking for a fun time in a welcoming atmosphere in Dumfries to have some good drinks, you can't do much better than Brothers. read more

Good place. Good menu. Friendly service! Fun place to go. We will be making it a regular stop.

went to this restaurant since I was near by. when you enter the restaurant is the ambiance is very quiet and if want to dine with your family is definitely the place. The food I order was a medium cheese pizza which was good and hot in the plate, very tasty definitely recommended. I also order the shrimp scampi which was horrible, the meal was so watery which scampi is better creamy that I was not able to eat it at all. if possible do not order this meal. My server Regina was friendly but I definitely told her that the shrimp scampi was horrible. The service was friendly and the restaurant is clean. meal cost $42.10 read more

Brother's Encore - yummy - Italian Near Me - Montclair, Virginia

They have good pizza. I have not tried anything else from this location but it connects to a small bar with weekly karaoke.

The food was edible, basic. The service was okay, waitress made sure our drinks remained full. The place could be updated.

The 2 large pizza deal is great! Great flavor on the pizza. Very authentic NY style pizza. This will be our new pizza spot!

Have not been since before covid and was excited to get my favorite steak and cheese sub. IT WAS DISCUSTING. They put a bottle of salt and some funny "red bits" I know WERE NOT supposed to be there. How do you mess up a steak and cheese sub? SAVE YOURSELF and DO NOT go until they get someone that can cook. IT WAS THAT BAD read more
