What impressed me most was the staff. Three young students were working that day, and they were some of the most poised, cheerful, and courteous attendants I've encountered anywhere. One young man immediately understood what I was looking for, gathered everything efficiently, and his colleague had us checked out in no time. In a region already known for friendly people, their professionalism really stood out. The bakery itself was sparkling clean, and I appreciated that the tables were spaced farther apart than is typical, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. From the outside it looks like a charming New England house, and the inside is restored into a coffee shop while still maintaining some of that classic New England homey charm. Some of my friends came with me and we really just enjoyed our time catching up over a coffee and pastry.
