The guys were friendly and very helpful. Let them know type of car and they let me know what they had used or new and the cost. If you have glass coverage through your insurance let your insurance company know beforehand you are going to the shop and information will be sent to their system for the insurance to pay directly. I hope to never have to deal with again but if I do I know exactly where to go.

They also were transparent about pricing, and the labor and effort was so worth it, especially when the damage was more extensive than we originally thought. I don't know anything about cars, and I never felt taken advantage of. Most importantly, as a queer nonbinary trans person, I often feel nervous about going into places like this, and I felt safe and affirmed the whole time! When I asked if they could fix it, they told me honestly that it would cost more to do than it was worth. I had a crack that happened and spread Saturday afternoon and by Sunday it was fixed very well by Ian. He told me that due to the climate and moisture it wouldn't be a perfect job and that makes sense as it was snowing with cold temps. The crack was bullseye crack a little smaller than a dime and spread about 8 inches. The quoted price was very fair and much less than the big shops. P.S. to the one person, Vic R. who gave him one star, that review should be removed as it's not right just because Ian told him the truth. Come on Yelp!
