The guys were friendly and very helpful. Let them know type of car and they let me know what they had used or new and the cost. They were able to replace the glass in about an hour while I sat in their waiting room. If you have glass coverage through your insurance let your insurance company know beforehand you are going to the shop and information will be sent to their system for the insurance to pay directly. I hope to never have to deal with again but if I do I know exactly where to go.

It was so easy & pleasant there, my car was carefully inspected & thankfully, all was good. However, they pointed out to me how the body work that had been done by another shop as a result of a collision 2 years ago wasn't done correctly. When I asked if they could fix it, they told me honestly that it would cost more to do than it was worth. I dropped the car off thinking it needed an alignment, but they found that it was a bad bearing, not an alignment issue. The replaced the bearing, replaced my tires, and inspected the car in the same day. No more noise (but more importantly, it's safe to drive now) and the inspection is done. They did not do an alignment because it didn't need that, and they were honest about it. The manager/owner then called me the next morning to check if everything was ok.
