Reign…read morecame very highly recommended to us by several members of our community and friends who had used them. We hired them to pack for us and for the actual move and some aspects of the move were incredible and very professional and others did not go well. The quote and booking process was very efficient and professional and I thought communication from both our team leader, Travis, and from Jason, the owner, was prompt and thorough. I thought my actual moving team was wonderful. We have moved nine times during our marriage due to work relocations as well as personal reasons. The Reign team was highly efficient and the movers did a great job with moving all our furniture, even heavy and more delicate pieces. Things did get a little sloppy right a the end with boxes marked "kitchen fragile" left in the driveway and not all of the packing was logical. It was really very hard to find things because the boxes were not all accurately labeled and didn't have descriptions of what was in them. Some things were just tossed in boxes even if they had been organized in labeled bins in closets of our previous home so unpacking was kind of a disaster. We also had more damaged or just completely lost items than any other move we have ever had. We are missing things like the seat cushion from a chair that is only sold in pairs making it very expensive to replace, the contents of an entire drawer from our kitchen, and then exactly half of the hardware to put our guest bed back together. We then had quite a few things broken - two lamps, a tv, and some glassware. We also had a theft during the move that is currently under investigation with the sheriff's department. We have no plans of moving again but if we were we would consider using Reign for the move itself and I would make sure my valuables were more closely supervised but I would not trust them to pack for me again.

WHATA NIGHTMARE!!! I hired Easy Movers, Inc. for my recent…read morelocal relocation. The service I received was unprofessional and resulted in significant damage to my property due to the negligence and lack of experience demonstrated by the three-person crew. Despite a short five-minute drive between locations, the moving truck took 30 minutes to arrive. Upon inspecting my belongings, I discovered that my items had not been properly padded or secured during transport. Specifically, the dining room table base has substantial holes on two sides. Additionally, a wood sofa table fell apart during the move. It appeared that an unsuccessful and undisclosed attempt was made to repair the table before I saw it, which I find purposefully deceitful. The crew failed to disclose any of this damage until I pointed it out myself. Furthermore, I was disappointed that the crew attempted to take the 65-inch TV box, for which I specifically paid $125.00. Please review your records and confirm, your company Easy Movers Inc. did provide moving services for my family.

They also provide a 26-foot long truck which was more than enough space for my 1br/2ba 1,100 sq ft apartment. I asked several questions which were answered promptly and professionally. They also did some junk removal for us, which was fantastic for a couple moving out of an apartment where they don't have bulk item pickup. They wrapped the furniture very well, transported it down a singular elevator in our apartment complex, and moved it all into our house safely and efficiently. All on a very hot day! They sent a 3 man crew; Bill, Clint and John who were right on time and were extremely professional throughout the very long move from Charlotte, North Carolina to Palm Beach, Florida. Everything was wrapped secure and tight, they handled my antiques with care. They cared for every item and also paid attention to the clock - they were efficient (when they easily could've lagged or taken breaks) which saved me a lot of money. I moved 35 miles from my last home, and the job was totally complete in under 6 hours. That's arrival, load up, drive to new location, unload, and assemble some furniture that had to be taken apart. They followed up with me that it would, indeed, be the following day. I made my way to my old place well before 2p to wait for their arrival. When they didn't show up at the end of the hour, I called to check on their status - I received an apology and was told the moving team likely had a job that ran late. The coordinator said he'd call to get an ETA and call me "right back." 20 mins later, I had to call him back. He stated "He was just about to call" me with an update. He said the team would be there in 15 minutes. Almost 45 minutes later, when I'd gone to my car to prepare to leave - disappointed with the lack of communication and consideration, the moving team (2 men) showed up. I'll admit, I was a little icy at first, but I pushed through. The movers were kind and they did everything I was informed they would - payment is due before any item goes on the truck. They worked hard and they got the job done. I will give them all the props for that. I am giving the business 2 stars based on principle - there was no communication and I had to follow up on a status update. Where was the customer service? That and I waited nearly a full 2 hours beyond my quoted time for service. I'm grateful for the two guys who helped me, I am, but I'm not sure I'd recommend this service again because you have to be considerate of a customer's time and communication is key. As you can see, other people have had better experiences so be sure to way all the pros and cons for your individual needs.
