After wrecking a wheel on a curb, I looked around for a local place to give my wife a new set of…read morewheels. I found this place on Google and decided to give them a shot. The gentleman up front gave me a quote, and responded to a separate request for an exhaust mod with "around $230"- way less than an aftermarket kit. He said that my wife could come out and listen to different exhausts and choose the one that she liked the most. I had them order wheels and made her an appointment the following Monday. The technicians were dressed neatly and professional. They fitted her wheels and I'm not even sure that they charged her for the exhaust mod. She forgot a tire at home, and they were fine with putting all of her tires on so that she could go and get it. She went back for a TPMS problem, and the gentleman walked outside, in the rain, to fix the problem for her- the whole time being extremely courteous and professional. Good service is hard to come by these days, but I got not only that- but also a bill that was $200 less than I had expected. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Within a few months and 1300 miles the light for Catalytic Convertor came on. I smiled at him & said Queens NYC Indigenous Native, My Ancestors are the Original People to this land, Sir where are you from? PA multiple generations farmers, I changed the subject and asked Abt my warr, he agreed that indeed I was right, since it was late Friday he made appt on foll Mon for me to pick up vehicle. I got a ride from a neighbor asked I my vehicle was finished I was told no the mechanic was working on another vehicle the owner actually was sitting next to me we both waited in their office, after that customer left, the manager told me my vehicle was ready,it took barely 25 mins, cause the mechanic came and met with that customer before he left, they told me my vehicle was ready, rec 2 years war or 25,000 miles. It was lit 9 months later when light for CC on. I took my vehicle to 3 Independent diagnostics company paid rec documentation, call them they ask me to come in they ran their own diagnostic same CC came up. The ask me to leave my vehicle that Friday and pick up the foll Mon, I did how "my veh was not ready they were working on another person vehicle" both of us were waiting in the waiting room I asked him when did he brought in his veh, he said "he just did because he's a family friend"The mechanic took 2 hours to fix dude's veh, came out met him personally he left, lit 24 mins later The manager told me my vehicle was ready charged me for an hour and 24 mins labor plus mechanical supplies and stated on my receipt they replaced my "Defective CC with a New CC per Warrantee" I rec 2 yrs war and 25,000 miles them my vehicle lit broke down in middle of the street while driving to hosp for chemo. Had it towed to my personal Mechanic who doesn't do welding jobs. He fortunately used to work there, called the manager, these Fraudsters Stole My Original Toyota CC, I bought, installed a generic CC, never replaced anything charged me for doing nothing. There defective CC damaged the new Manifold, Transmission and a whole host of mechanical problems. I reported them with a letter from my Mechanic and proof of both receipts and warrantees receipts of Original CC to the Attorney General Office. Little did I know they are buddies and they did not even do an investigation. This Company is 100% Fraud.

Joe Mays Towing came to my home in the middle of the night and towed my car from the parking lot…read morewithout cause. I've parked in the same spot every single day for the past two years with no issues. I got home from work around 8 PM, parked as usual, and when I went outside at 8 AM to leave for work, my car was gone. They towed my vehicle 10 miles away and then charged me $300 to get my own car back. The person who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude during the entire interaction. He told me my car was towed because my permit "wasn't shown," even though it absolutely was. He also admitted they towed another car because the permit was "hidden," which tells me they are not even properly checking for permits before towing people's vehicles. When I questioned their pricing, he said that if I needed a tow from the side of the road it would be a "different rate," but refused to tell me what that rate even is. Completely sketchy and suspicious behavior. The fact that they can't or won't provide the standard roadside tow rate raises more concerns about the legitimacy of the $300 charge. I also asked for an itemized receipt and proof that my permit supposedly "wasn't there," and they refused to provide either. That alone says everything about how they operate. This was completely unnecessary, stressful, and expensive--especially when my permit was visible the whole time. Their behavior shows a lack of care, professionalism, and accuracy when towing from residential areas.
