It was difficult to get someone to pick up the phone, when they finally did (after a couple of attempts) they stated that they would contact the driver and then call me back. That did NOT happen. I called them back 15 minutes later and then was told that they could not find me. After that I called Mercury roadside and they reached out to Armstrong and Wes's told that they "meant" to cancel the service call and never did. Unreliable, horrible communication and not poor service but ZERO service! Be aware people!
