Never do business with this company. They think it's okay to push you to KILL kittens in the womb…read morebecause it's more convenient for them. It's absolutely sickening. Talking to them actually made me sick. How can you trust people like that with anything, let alone a pet you love? Find a vet who cares about the lives of animals as living beings, not just as an accessory.

My family has visited the Animal Care Council at 131 Washington Ave. in Endicott, New York many…read moretimes and are very pleased as to how they handle the felines with great compassion and love. We wished that more towns and cities displayed their level of conscienciousness toward the care of so mamy unwanted, displaced and feral cats. Where almost all areas ignore the problem, concentrating on canines alone, they open their doors to these poor precious animals, giving them a chance at a good life rather than death before their time. The ACC should be commended for their selfless work and care. I pray that they will soon be invited to open in many other areas as well, as homelessness among felines is much higher than it has ever been. I hope that more individuals and families will take action and adopt these precious creatures who are meant to live with humans--as are canines--they simply are not prepared to hunt for their own food as wild animals are. Have a heart. They are pure love and you will not regret inviting a cat into your home. They become family.

She called me three times each call was confusing. The first call was to say there's other applicants ahead of me and that when they were approved they would receive the cat. So I asked if should still drive almost two hours one way to meet the cat if other people are eligible and ahead of me. The lady answer calls took a lot of offense to my question saying I should come meet it even if I won't get it. Also I forgot to fill out one part. I filled out the second part I didnt notice. Second call she told me my cat I have isn't at the vet I provided I explained my cat has always went there and it may be under a different last name. She at this point was just rude tell me it was such an inconvenience to be on hold with my vet for less then ten minutes and that she's already gone out of her way and is "jumping through hoops for me". By calling my vet and doing her job ??? Said I'd need call them and have them fax over the info for my car I already have she was yelling at me cutting me off nonstop. Said my cat wasn't vaccinated. So at this point I gave up she has been nothing but rude yelling at me not letting me speak over simple fixes like resending the application. She called me a third time not sure why said she had reached out to my vet again and still nothing. She then cut me off and said I had been cutting her off, yelling and being disrespectful. I actually began to cry because she was speaking to me in such a rude way. All I had done was try and be polite and work with her. I never yelled at her or was disrespectful. At this point I said I wasn't interesting in adopting anymore. I will from now on avoid the cat sanctuary. I've never been treated like that..

She's brilliant and has always gone above and beyond for my crew. I frequent surrounding specialty hospitals because I have complicated medical/special need's dogs. I appreciate Dr. B's understanding that it takes a village to support these special needs dogs and is always willing to collaborate with other vet professionals. I always find myself coming back for Dr. B's opinion and care. She is willing to seek alternative therapies and never bats an eye at a complicated case. I appreciate her years of experience, attention to detail and her commitment in staying up-to-date with vet med advancements. I think one of the most important things about her, is that she truly understands/trusts that you know your pet the best - she actually listens and always takes your opinion into consideration when seeking the best treatment options. She understands that each animal is an individual and there is no "one size fits all" when formulating her treatment plan. She loves to educate and will answer all of your questions in a kind, non-condescending way. When asking her questions/opinions, she is always direct and to the point, but never harsh in her answers. This review is long overdue. Dr. B has helped me through a lot of scary times... emergency surgeries, cancer treatments, kidney failure, a rare urinary disorder, endocrine disorders, chronic skin issues and respiratory diseases on top of routine vaccines, bloodwork and dentals. Her scope of knowledge is wide and our area is lucky to have her as a resource. Her heart is genuine and she truly cares for each of her patients like she would her own. Thank you, Dr. B! We love you lots!!

The company is Merck and it is a Nobivac Lepto 4. The serial number 02171339 exp 6/3/27. The Leptospirosis vaccine was administered by Dr. Beaulieu and she did not document this or report it until 02/11/2026 after I raised hell. I just got off the phone with Merck and the gentleman told me they just called two hours ago to report it. I was under the impression this was taken care off until I got in touch with Dickin and found out it had not. Not one professional in that office thought to raise their voice and do the right thing until I demanded it be done. Not even yesterday either when I was upset and standing up Skye and the other animals that may have had an adverse reaction. So how many got left unreported? This is frightening and unethical. My dog was perfectly healthy before I was talked into this garbage. She was even referred to a neurologist at Cornell. No one thought we should be an advocate for our animals. No STARS
