    My abused goldfish lol

    I have had fish for 10 years - almost buzz cut angry girl in fish dept started off being very condescending about tank size even though I currently only have a handful of fish in a 90 gallon tank ... then refused to sell me fish based on the fact that I have one 7 year old goldfish that's thriving in with my other fish stating my tank or too warm for the goldfish and she would only sell me other goldfish .. which makes no sense. Was completely rude and unlike any other experience I've had in the last decade buying fish other places. Now I know why there's only 2 stars - creature comforts for the win, don't waste your time. Side note - ended up buying 170 worth of pet supplies from creature comforts much cheaper with more of a selection

    Took our dog to get groomed at PetsMart in Vestal, NY and this is how we got him back, when I asked for management oh they had already left for the day and no one knew who was overseeing the grooming department or store for that matter. PS AND they fed him and watered him without asking me or informing that they did so on the way home he went 1 AND 2 in my brand new truck ....oh oh and they told me omg he needs obedience class because he just wanted to play with everyone and everything.." oh I'm sorry he's a happy puppy and btw he's in obedience class fyi" so on tomorrow I will be requesting my money back AND requesting a detail on the inside of my CAR. Lost a customer only got 1 star because I had to.

    I've been taking my dog here for grooming, and she's always looking pretty every time! Groomers are friendly and professional. I love how I can book an appointment online. The place is clean and never once have a problem with any of the groomers. I love PetSmart Grooming Service! They always make my girl looking all pretty and kute! :)

    I got done dog treats here. they cashed me out. more knowledge would be great but what are you gonna do it's not a priority to them

    very mean fish lady and rude went to the store in vestal ny to. get a few fish for my. son and the lady was being rude.

    The vet gets 5 stars for their work with my cat. The store gets 2 for being overly priced and too many animals crammed into one small space.

    Petco was absolutely HORRIBLE! I would NOT recommend anyone to take their dog there. I have had…read morenoting but aggravation with this store. First they advertise you do NOT need to get an appointment for just nail trims. So I only need nail trims for my dog. They were good at first but as the staff changed and it changes constantly, they kept telling me I need an appointment. I talked to the manager a few times and she said they were telling me incorrectly and to let her know. The next three times they were giving me trouble and had an attitude which then made me get angry as well. I kept telling them he is a bit skiddish with other dogs that bark at him as he is a rescue and they did not know how to handle him like the previous staff which were good. One particular staff (which her apparence probably scared the dog) was not good with him. She cut the nail too close and never told me that and never told the staff either. She blamed it on my dog because he "nipped" her. She was not honest with the situation and they sided with her. I complained to them about this and they also blamed my dog. This is after the previous staff told me he was a very good dog. After that I had more issues with this particular staff and they just didn't want to service me. I was arguing with them this last time and they cancelled my appointment which they did before. I called corporate to complain and asked for my money back. I will NEVER go back there as they do NOT know how to handle certain dogs. My recommendation would be to avoid this store at ALL costs!

Then got told I could sign up for petcare for $24.99 and I could save on the bath, food and more. So, I signed up for it, but was not told it was subscription of $24.99 per moth plus tax. So I canceled the subscription, but they kept the $26.99 and did not return even though I was told on the phone they would... I felt like I was at a used car lot and I was non-stop being sold on something I did not need... To top it off they had the audacity to ask for a 15% tip when we finally got to pick up our dog... And the parking lot is the worst, DO NOT GO THERE!!! Or any PET CO.

She's brilliant and has always gone above and beyond for my crew. I frequent surrounding specialty hospitals because I have complicated medical/special need's dogs. I appreciate Dr. B's understanding that it takes a village to support these special needs dogs and is always willing to collaborate with other vet professionals. I always find myself coming back for Dr. B's opinion and care. She is willing to seek alternative therapies and never bats an eye at a complicated case. I appreciate her years of experience, attention to detail and her commitment in staying up-to-date with vet med advancements. I think one of the most important things about her, is that she truly understands/trusts that you know your pet the best - she actually listens and always takes your opinion into consideration when seeking the best treatment options. She understands that each animal is an individual and there is no "one size fits all" when formulating her treatment plan. She loves to educate and will answer all of your questions in a kind, non-condescending way. When asking her questions/opinions, she is always direct and to the point, but never harsh in her answers. This review is long overdue. Dr. B has helped me through a lot of scary times... emergency surgeries, cancer treatments, kidney failure, a rare urinary disorder, endocrine disorders, chronic skin issues and respiratory diseases on top of routine vaccines, bloodwork and dentals. Her scope of knowledge is wide and our area is lucky to have her as a resource. Her heart is genuine and she truly cares for each of her patients like she would her own. Thank you, Dr. B!     On 01/25/2026 and 01/26/2026 my 14 month old Cane Corso, Americana's Skye Keeper of Secrets had a…read moresevere adverse reaction (2 seizures) after being vaccinated on 01/23/2026. The company is Merck and it is a Nobivac Lepto 4. The serial number 02171339 exp 6/3/27. The Leptospirosis vaccine was administered by Dr. Beaulieu and she did not document this or report it until 02/11/2026 after I raised hell. I just got off the phone with Merck and the gentleman told me they just called two hours ago to report it. I was under the impression this was taken care off until I got in touch with Dickin and found out it had not. Not one professional in that office thought to raise their voice and do the right thing until I demanded it be done. Not even yesterday either when I was upset and standing up Skye and the other animals that may have had an adverse reaction. So how many got left unreported? This is frightening and unethical. My dog was perfectly healthy before I was talked into this garbage. She was even referred to a neurologist at Cornell. No one thought we should be an advocate for our animals. No STARS
