If you're looking to find a gift, they have bath and body stuff, a small selection of clothing, pillows, some furniture and home decor, and seasonal items. The drive was 2 hours each way and had to make 2 trips because they closed early when they said open until 5pm. they are employee owned so no one to complain to. CASH ONLY This place…read moreis amazing. I've been dabbling in Orchids for about 2 years and never knew about this place. I've check local grocery stores and the occasional Lowe's for orchids, but a couple days ago my wife suggested I find a nursery. I'd never thought there'd be such a specialized place. Well there is and this is that place. It's a little hard to find, but GPS got me there. It's at the dead end of the street and if I hadn't noticed the sign on the fence I would have left disappointed. I had seen some reviews where people commented that they weren't sure they were in the right place, so kinda knew it was a little confusing. It's actually hot houses next to a house. Everything is pretty nondescript. I parked, opened the hot house door and went inside. I was greeted by a couple cats (also had heads up from other posts, and they just laid on the chair and looked at me - it was 104 degrees). Anyway I started looking for someone after realizing the first room was empty. I walked into the second room and was amazed by all the blooming orchids on display. I found an elderly man who helped me. As I understand it, the orchids in bloom are on rolling shelves so there's some maneuvering to see things up close, but the gentleman handled all that. When I was there the front of the rolling shelves held orchids for sale, further back on each shelf were orders that were waiting pickup/delivery (assuming?) I found the perfect orchid for me and was stunned that it was only $23. They only take cash (I think someone posted and Zelle, but I never got that far). I was so happy with the place that I offered the man $30 (keep the change you filthy animal - sorry, Home Alone reference just popped in there) which he politely refused. I'll put the date and time so perhaps management can explain to the workers there is more to customer service than pointing in a direction of a certain plant 4 times I asked for advice and assistance I told the young man I wanted some plants that would grow big that I could put along a fence...he named some type of plant ...and send go look outside In this direction. Um how about yes sir I've got a couple of ideas let me show you what we have I was looking for a hibiscus. And having a hard time finding the lady would not leave the shade to help me locate it...my wife finally helped !!! I was so angry after my purchase..when i left I brought the wagon inside and left it I told both workers ...since you wont help me with anything else you can put the wagon away ! Went on a Monday, May 18, around 12:30 PM, to buy shrubs for my front landscaping. There were 20…read morethree-gallon plants in all, ten each to qualify for the discount pricing. One of the plants was supposed to be 10 for $150 per the sign in the yard. However, I was told that the price was higher (10 for $200) while checking out. The cashier called the manager, and I walked back and showed him the sign. He told me that that it was not the correct one and proceeded to rearrange three or four signs in that general area that were all out of place. He then showed me the correct plants at which time I asked him if he could get someone to bring back the plants up front and reload the cart with the correct ones. The manager didn't respond and walked back to the checkout. I asked if he would be willing to split the difference on the cost in lieu of the additional work that was going to be required. I was told that wasn't possible. I asked again about getting someone to swap (there was a guy hanging around the cashier doing nothing) out the plants and he casually walked away. I bought the plants that were on the cart as I had someone waiting to pick them up and deliver them to my house. Not sure why the signs weren't checked when the store opened in the morning, but I'm sure it happens often enough and causes enough issues that they should be. It would have been nice had the conversation between the cashier and manager been in English. They could both communicate with me when necessary but chose to speak Spanish while "addressing" my issue. I'm 70 years old and they let me drag both of the big, wobbly carts to the parking lot on my own while the guy hanging out with the cashier looked on. Additionally, it would have been a bonus if one of the employees would have taken the time to move all of the plants blocking the aisles (blown over or left by other customers) to where they belonged instead of relying on the customers to do it for them. The prices are generally good here, but at this point probably not good enough to make up for the crappy customer service. Going to Home Depot or Lowes next time around.

As soon as we walked in the door we were confronted with a barrage of vendors next to the door. I thought this was just the arrangement next to the entrance, but it is like this the whole way through. I even had one vendor tell me she couldn't share her information unless I schedule an appointment with her for the following Monday. She told me this is how she makes her living. I felt very pressured and was just wanting to get information from vendors and network. It's a small scale venue so getting through the show without being approached by the salesman proved to be very difficult. I prefer the larger shows in the Houston area where I can roam in peace. This felt like a sales trap and not like a place to obtain product information. Thank you to the local nature companies who gave my family a reprieve from the aggressive sales pitches.

I came home and one had a huge whole in it, and the other one had its stitching come off. To make matters worse the price tag sticker of one pillow came off and the sticker read $19.99 but the price was $16.99. Same as the curtains that were priced $22.99 but under the sticker was $19.99 They tried to cover the original price with an overpriced one. I won't be returning to this store ever again.

I finally asked an employee, she pointed me to the folding shoe racks in storage section. The quality was not the same. I bought it and found the size mismatched. I have to return it. Such a bummer.
