She is knowledgeable, helpful, caring and friendly. I totally believe she loves her job, and gets to know her customers and their needs. When I go in there looking for something I always go to Sylvia first. She then tells me if they have it, and where it is located on the lot. If they don't have it she sees to it that it is ordered, and will even contact me when it comes in. I truly like her, and her helpful and caring customer service. Since I am a beginner Beekeeper, and love to grow much of my own vegetables, I show her some pics of what I am doing or looking for, which helps her to serve my needs better. I ground some Space Cowboy Sightseer Coffee beans and brewed a cup....it tasted better, 4 stars. Picked up a bag from Dallmayr home Barista Coffee, haven't tried these yet.
