It's refreshing to go into a store where the employees actually know something, and have the authority to do things to deal with challenges on the spot. Deep discounts for gasoline at their gas pump, for frequent shoppers -- up to $1 per gallon off. That single thing has me choosing this store as often as possible, for everything that I need that they happen to carry. Kroger has a great app for using digital coupons, and creating an aisle-by-aisle shopping list. The shopping list isn't perfect, but it sure helps when they decide to *move* everything about every 5 years. Every store in the area does this -- I guess we just have to live with it. They try to help customers as much as possible during the transition, by posting new aisle maps for us to use. Or, you can search for the item in the Kroger app on your phone. Great store.
