Had I not looked out as these guys were packing up to leave it would have been left like this and I'd not have known who did it. I would have had to temporarily pay to fix before my HOA fined us. I spoke with Kasey who was apologetic and wanted to make things right. She had Keith come out and he was more than happy to replace our turf at "cost", when we said we wouldn't be using him and discussed what was fair for damages Keith's reply was "a pack of soda". Then he said he'd buy us dinner. What a joke! Apparently this company only makes enough for dinner on each job, if they were really going to replace our turf at cost that's BS. This was damages to private property by a company we did not hire and their way to resolve was to try to get business out of us or "buy us dinner".

I am sure there are other great landscaping businesses out there, but the reviews were key for me - I had nothing else to go by, since we haven't used any landscaping services. Reviews were accurate. Service-communication: very good. My main contact was James. Took a lot of time with us. We were going from scratch, so it took a while for us to figure out what we wanted. Plus, had to get HOA approval for a pergola - never fun, but finally got through that. Second contact was Ali toward the end with the irrigation and plants. Easy to deal with.
