I've never written a review before, but after my experience with Don at Brooks towing I felt I had to share. After calling multiple towing companies I called Don for a quote. He gave me one hell of a deal, a fraction of what the other were saying. One flat rate with no add-ons or extra fees. On top of that he said he could do it right away. He helped me move my mini bus (not a small job) across town, he was quick, helpful, professional, and a down to earth awesome dude! He did a great job fitting this big bus in a challenging spot, he went above and beyond when he helped me move tires and truck parts out of the way. His equipment is top of the line. After calling over twenty other businesses all weekend long looking for someone who could help me with a difficult tow job, I finally tried Don Brooks. He said, "Ya no problem." I described the work again, in disbelief. He said, "Ya I understand, no problem." I run a shoe store in Portland that has very expensive customized vintage Jaguars on display - that are owned not just by my boss - but the owner of the company. (yikes) He has now twice assisted me with getting these cars off the street, through the windows and into the store - and vice versa. Flawless work. Brooks Towing had exceptional professionalism during our recent tow. My husband and I were stuck during one of my husband's "Let's go for a random drive" moments. He enjoys backwoods drives to take photos. I searched the web (thank goodness we had reception) and found Brooks. Not only was he able to find us when we were unsure of where we were, he was quick to get there. Rates were reasonable, friendly guy, and even recommended a service station for the truck to go (He was even correct in thinking it was the alternator). My car was located more rural and even though his rate was miscalculated not realizing my distance from town he didn't change the rate or try to. All around honest guy. Started my day off with a flat and had to call a tow company. Was recommended to call Brooks towing. They came withing 5 minutes and not only did I get exceeding service, I got the pleasure of meeting the company owner, Don Brooks himself. Sadly I've had some car troubles lately that required a tow, multiple times. The shop that I've been having my car worked on recommended Brook's towing. I assumed it would just be your average tow company, but nope. They've always been super courteous, flexible with my work schedule, prompt, and very friendly yet professional. It's obvious this company knows how to treat its customers, and their cars. Having to get a tow can suck, but if you've got to do it, you should use this company. Don @ Brooks is AMAZING. Came and rescued my son and I when our brakes locked up and we were stuck. Les Schwab was booked so they referred me to him. He was there within 10-15 min tops, got us unstuck and didn't even CHARGE us! Just told me to use him and refer ppl to him in the future. Wow! Are you kidding me? I wanted to give this guy a hug. I can't say enough great things about Brooks Towing. I was in a quick pinch and needed my truck brought to Steve's Imports, and within the hour, my truck was loaded up and on its way. He was super nice and helpful, and even gave me leads on local car auctions in case my repairs were too expensive.
