Terrible experience…read more I normally do not leave reviews, and I am usually willing to let a bad experience go without saying anything. However, this experience was significant enough that I feel it is important to share what happened. This was my first visit to Fort Worth Dental. No dental treatment was provided. I left the appointment without receiving the care I came in for, yet the practice still submitted a claim to my insurance. During the appointment, I was accused by the dentist Dr. Pham three separate times of drug use based on the condition of my teeth. I do not use drugs. I also do not believe the condition of my teeth was severe enough to warrant such an accusation, particularly from someone who had no knowledge of my dental history. What I found especially unprofessional and ignorant was that, after I corrected the accusation, it was repeated rather than acknowledged and moved past. As a patient, you have to trust your dental provider to listen to you, respect you, and approach your care professionally. I felt that trust was violated during my very first visit. Patients should be able to seek dental care without being subjected to unsupported accusations, particularly when those accusations are repeated after being corrected. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values being treated with basic respect, professionalism, and trust. The dentist was confidently incorrect and made the entire situation extremely unprofessional.

They charge $67.50 for cancelled appointments and they write a ridiculous charge on a sticky note and expect you to pay it. I was given a set amount of $150 for gas for the root canal over the phone before setting my appointment. When I get there and confirm my charges, they changed that $150 to $250 then when I said no to that amount and stated that I wouldn't go through with the appointment, they said they were going to add an additional amount to their ridiculous cancellation fee. This place is a joke. Please do not choose and trust this dentistry to something as important as your teeth. The one star rating was just because Dr Marshall was friendly.

In addition to my routine cleanings I have had several crowns and fillings and I have a long-term "pocket" behind one of my molars where there was incomplete closure after wisdom teeth removal in the army 40+ years ago! Dr. Givan always checks this very carefully and he and I are able to manage this to both of our satisfactions. Despite the fact I am a retired cancer physician, I have to confess to letting a white spot on my tongue go untreated for many years, despite Dr. Givan recommendations that I have it further evaluated. Just a couple of months ago I took the office an edible arrangement for being an awesome team and now it turns out I'm a DREAD. I have always spoken to Jamie and Cristina at the front desk and this new lady thinks very highly of herself. I told the doctor if he had ever gotten a complain from anyone else and he said I was rude. I told him it was just the lady with the hair done and long lashes and he said it was "F****d up" IN THOSE words that I was "making fun of someone's appearance " I told him on the contrary- I'm telling him she clearly focuses too much on her appearance than customer service and he walked off. I agreed to never call to schedule anything anymore and asked Jamie to please just call or email. The doctor also told me they are bending over backwards for me, and that they are not charging me. I've paid over 10k in treatment at this office. He claims that my first Invisalign treatment failed because I stopped coming to the visits? Then I'm really confused who did my root canals and multiple crowns and fillings throughout this whole time. As a domestic abuse survivor, getting yelled at by a man is a huge trigger because my body absolutely feels like I'm going to get striked across the face next. I left with my hands shaking and apologized to Jamie and Talicia who is my Invisalign specialist.
