They do just a mediocre job of lawn care and clean-up in the spring/summer/fall. But what's worse is that they do an absolutely terrible job of snow removal in the winter! They always leave tons of snow behind in the driveways and visitor spaces that they've supposedly "finished" plowing, and they rarely do all the shoveling that they are contracted to do. My poor elderly father, along with his elderly neighbors, end up having to go out and finish the job themselves (or sometimes do the whole thing themselves when Creative's crew doesn't show up till very late). On top of that Ryan, who I believe is either the owner or the person in charge of the crew at my father's condo, is rude and unprofessional. If you're looking to hire a company for snow removal or lawn care, stay far away from this one! Interesting name they have because the only "creative" thing about them is the ways they come up with to get out of doing the work they've been hired to do by their paying clients!!!

So asking for help was tough and just hoped they could take care of my lawn the way I did. Greg sent his guys over without a hitch. Needless to say when I can home from work I was pleasantly surprised the lawn looked. In fact it was better than I could do myself. The lawn never looked so good. They hit every inch plus some areas, which was my original concern. Would they care as much as I do about my lawn? Or would they run thru it and collect the cash and run missing spots? The cleaned up the yard with pride as if it was there property. This all happened when I was not home to micro manage them. Well done. What I thought was a temporary hire until I was upto taking care of my lawn myself again has now changed. I am so impressed with his team I have hired him for next year. Although I enjoy taking care of my yard I enjoy the free time I have now each week since I dont have to do yard work anymore more.

I wanted an all-in-one service that would add topsoil, level it out, kill the weeds with something ecofriendly (not Roundup), fertilize, seed it and add straw and compost. After striking out with various lawn services that wouldn't do all I wanted, couldn't accommodate me in their schedule or couldn't deliver on their promises, I found Teed & Brown. I couldn't ask for a better experience! After a personal visit from the owner, Peter Brown, a professional team arrived a week later with several trucks and systematically took care of everything--spraying for weeds without using 2,4D, fertilizing, breaking up the compacted earth with a Harley rake, bringing in a dump truck of topsoil, leveling the lawn, scattering grass seed, straw and compost. Two weeks later they came back with more weed killer and fertilizer and overseeded the bare spots. After watering every day for a month my lawn looks amazing! I couldn't recommend this company more highly. Give them a call--you won't be sorry!
