I called, almost in tears because I was so overwhelmed with an infant and preschool boy (my choice to have kids, I get it), and I had been looking at online infant clothes and was getting so frustrated because I could not tell the weight of anything (it's January so I needed warm). I was chasing my tail looking at online stuff. I called and spoke with Lindsay who was so sweet and helpful. Even with it being a holiday weekend she went above and beyond to make sure I got my package right away and included a supportive note. Way to go above and beyond!

She got to know who I was shopping for, what she likes, her style and needs, etc. She showed me all sections of the store, made personalized suggestions and even went in the back to grab a few books that weren't on display that ended up being just perfect for ny friend and her coming baby. Horrendous customer service under the management of Shelby. I've read multiple reviews on other…read moresites that other customers have had terrible experiences with her as well. She rings up returns incorrectly, missing items and keeping the merchandise you've paid for without refunding you. I realized when I got home, and she wouldn't do a phone return, saying I had to come back into the store. I HAVE A CHILD. I can't just POP IN WHENEVER. I asked to speak to her district manager and she wouldn't provide her name. She wouldn't put me on the phone with a co-worker, saying she was on break. Before this incident, there was a time she wouldn't let me purchase an item over the phone and hold it for me behind the counter for two days. DON'T SUPPORT LOCATIONS THAT TREAT CUSTOMERS POORLY. If you love the clothes, like I do, simply buy it all online and RETURN IT IN STORE TO HER. Just watch her like a hawk when she does it and check your receipt. In-person businesses can't take their customers for granted nowadays. They have to compete with online orders. If they aren't going to have good customer service, then shop elsewhere or use them as online purchase RETURN HUBS and see how long they last.
