Customer service is horrible. They adjust the prices right on spot. There is tape covering all the prices on the menu. A single slice pizza does not come with a box so you will have to eat it on spot or put it in a paper bag. The place is unsanitary naturally. As one of the workers were prepping two slices in a box. The crust to sauce ratio is always right and the cheese is a good quality. Sometimes, I get a plain pie and add all my own toppings on it. Other times I enjoy one of their custom made pizzas. The garlic knots are good and vary from good to great. The people there are down to earth, friendly in a NY kinda way and cool. They have a lot to choose from and it always arrives piping hot and ready to eat. The customer service has always been good. Terrible, overpriced food & bad customer service. I ordered a couple of slices of plain pizza with veggie toppings & they literally threw the veggies onto an old cheese pizza. I also asked for a side of ranch which they didn't give me. The veggies were falling right off & the pizza was cold. It was so bad, I couldn't even finish one slice. On top of that, the delivery guy was very unprofessional. He called me saying he was outside of a residence, but he went to the wrong address. I kept telling him I'm at work & to let me know when he gets there but he insisted he was here... when he CLEARLY was not. When he finally did manage to find his way here, he texted me letting me know he was outside. This place has horrible customer service. The black woman that takes orders is unprofessional. She made an error with our order instead of admitting to it, she blamed us and stated we didn't order it. That pissed me off. She didn't even provide a receipt until after I came back to ask for one. That shows how much she was paying attention. If she was busy, she could've said my mistake, and it wouldn't have been a big deal. Blaming the customer is unacceptable, especially when I personally asked and listed what I ordered to see if it was ready and was told I had to wait additional 5 minutes when it turned out to be even longer. Um..Just don't. Tonight, I ordered food from Brooklyn Pizza. I saw that the number of happy patrons had gone up so I wrongly assumed the food got better. It did not. I got sick. Possibly a food bug. I asked that the beef patties not be burned. They were burned. Not only that, one looked like it had been dropped on the floor. I had to pull off the crust to eat the other one and then I got nauseated. The fried shrimp looked weird. It was fried, but why was it split apart like that? These people go out of their way to make stuff look unappetizing which is different from the picture they advertise. I asked for ketchup and they sent salsa. The tartar sauce smelled like mayonnaise and tasted weird. The onion rings looked old, like they had been pulled from the freezer after several months and nuked in the microwave. I tossed most of the order out. The only thing that was good was the orange soda but $3 for a 2 liter? After tonight I have a right to b*tch and moan. My stomach is still queasy and I still feel like I have to throw up. I called GrubHub who said they couldn't get me a refund because the establishment closed but gave me a credit for the meal. After writing this review, I was contacted by the owner. He was extremely apologetic, and explained that he was short staffed, and the restaurant became extremely busy. Apparently, the staff he had working that day were unable to handle all that was happening. He also offered me a replacement meal on him. In sincerely appreciate the owner taking time out to call me and explain the circumstances. I will not be accepting his offer to replace the meal for unrelated reasons, however, I thank him for attempting to make this situation right. Hopefully, he will decide to hire better staff with customer service experience. read more

Literally the worse. This shop came highly recommended. Guess we had bad luck. We were feeding 20 people after a house fire. The guy came for the payment before the pizza. The pizza guy and the delivery guy didn't come in the same car. We waited 34 minutes to pay and 25 + minutes for the pizza. We called the shop, and the bar maiden kept saying "he's on his way". I placed an order at 7:42 p.m. and I was starving. I ordered two wraps and some fries but was still surprised when I received a text at 8:04 p.m. saying mg order was on the way. When I called the restaurant at 8:48 to check on the status of my order, the girl who answers the phone placed me on hold and a guy on the background asked what the issue was. After waiting a bit longer, the guy gets on the phone and now asks me what the issue was. I was placed on hold AGAIN. He calls the driver and the driver said "he was on the way and caught a flat". I asked the guy if he would be issuing a refund and he seemed to have been a little upset and offered to make another order and send it out. So I would have to wait, AGAIN. I then asked if I could be compensated for the time I had already lost, the money I had already spent and the time I was about to lose again. The guy seemed a little upset and goes into "you gotta understand my side" and as a human, I do. The driver should have called me as a courtesy. As a customer I should have never been kept in the dark. I'm only leaving a review because the guy on the phone, in a customer service position never apologizes. He was extremely defensive and ended up being rude. As for me, I was understanding once I was informed that the driver had a flat tire. I just felt like I should have received a simple call and that I was handled very poorly. They almost pulled me into pulling up but I figured stopping a customer or two would work best. read more
