My family owns a condo in Park Slope and we have been renting it out since we moved to the suburbs 3 years ago. Our tenant told us recently that the lock on the front door was acting strange. She couldn't lock it from the outside, only the inside. I did a few searches on Yelp and found The Locksmith Group. I sent in a request for a quote to them and two other companies. They gave the quickest response and we hopped on a call. I explained the issue and they gave me an estimate and we scheduled a time for them to come over and repair the issue. They fixed the lock completely within 24 hours of our initial call. Our tenant said they respected COVID guidelines and the repair was done in an efficient manner. Everything is working again. No complaints from us! read more

I had a tough start to yesterday morning. My car wouldn't start and had to get it towed to the Auto Repair shop around the block from my house. Found Brooklyn Towing & Collision on Google with 100 5 star reviews so I called them first. Nice guy picked up the phone and said he could get someone to me in 20 minutes. William showed up right at the 20 minute mark. He was super helpful from the minute he got there. Felt like he was empathetic to my situation and made me feel better. Everything was smooth, towed me to the auto repair shop for a reasonable price. Great customer service and will recommend them to my other family members who live in the neighborhood. read more

I had an issue with my car and I needed a tow from Bed-Stuy all the way back to my house in Melville. I was worried it was going to be $600 or $700 because I have heard a lot of horror stories with Towing companies. I actually used Yelp and asked for a quote from about ten different companies. Brooklyn Towing & Collison gave a fair rate and were very upfront through the App and on the phone. Ben sent out one of his technicians and they honored the over the phone quote and got to me fairly quickly. Wanted to come on here and say thank you very much. read more

Tonight after midnight my niece's car died. I called Brooklyn Towing & Collision at 1am to come to where she was and tow the truck. The car was in the middle of the road on a busy street in Bushwick. The towing guy got there in 20 minutes, double checked to make sure that her car was totally dead, hooked it onto the bed and brought it back to my house. He was so professional and friendly. The job was done fast and thank god for them saving my niece. We will use them again if we ever need them! read more

It was truly inspiring to find such a company like kindness and sensitivity in a difficult situation. I got into a bad car accident some days ago. Robert, who was compassionate, patient and sympathetic. It seems like these days, you don't find too many companies who care about regular hard-working companies. They are very negotiator will break there back for whatever the case might be they will try thier best to help you out. Thank you so much for your service. read more
